Purchasing experience was simple and easy in/out. Service experience was just okay. Warranty work was required and instead of being in/out in 2 hours as expected, I needed to leave my vehicle until the next day as a part was at an off-site warehouse. Instead of being able to follow-through with my plans after my 2 hour service, I was issued an Uber back home and back instead of being offered a loaner vehicle. Disappointed in such a service experience for a luxury vehicle. Compared to my service experience at Audi (Rocklin), this was not a 5 star.

Awesome service staff! Will in service has been my go to and he always treats me with respect and kindness. Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Greg in parts is also extremely helpful when ordering parts and is very friendly as well as the greeter when pulling into the service drive. Will,Jeff,Greg is what customer service should look like! I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

Service advisor Perla Soto of the service department did a wonderful job at taking care of my TLX from every step of the way from maintenance to doing anything to reassuring me about any and all concerns. She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

Irvine GMC was one of the best dealers in the area. They always performed service for a reasonable cost, honest and did it right the first time. Even when they couldn't replicate the problem, they fixed it anyway and the problem went away. I have a mountain vacation home so certain things don't work well only at high altitude and on steep grades and they understood that. I can think of no other dealer in the area that was this good. OK, here's the bad part, they lost their GMC franchise and I was forced to go elsewhere. Now I pay a lot more for service and the jury is still out as to if the dealer is good or not. Rumor has it many of the techs went to work for Ray Fladeboe across the street in Irvine when they got the GMC franchise for the area.

My battery died and I had a medical appointment in the afternoon. I called then and they're earliest appointment time was 2 days away. After explaining the situation, I was able to bring the car in, and they had the battery replaced and my care ready for me in time for me to make my appointment.
