When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. Their service department is top-notch. I had the pleasure of dealing with Louie. To say I was blown away by his communication, professionalism and knowledge would be an understatement. They went above and beyond my wildest expectations (and trust me I had many lol) and then some. I can’t remember the last time I had such a pleasurable business interaction. I think I have found a friend for life in Louie and in Porsche of Sacramento at least in their service department. The car was well priced but I expected a little more from this dealership as it is Porsche and its in Beverly hills! I was expecting a basic car detailing- yes, it was rinsed off with water but nothing more -many streaks and spots visible. Similarly insides of it had spots that were easily removed by a wet cloth but they could have done it before I came over or just after the purchase. The main sales guy did not explain the various functions available in the car but mainly took care of the purchase process. The sales person was not well versed with some of the addon options and gave incorrect information - fortunately a different sales person provided better information and support.

Long Story Short: Stevens Creek Porsche is pulling a bait and switch in order to scam customers to purchase watches and e-bikes. Beware Stevens Creek Porsche is full of employees trying to scam their customers! I was texting/emailing with the Internet Sales Manager and decided to come into the dealership to buy a car for MSRP (as advertised). When trying to buy that car, they said that if I wanted to buy the car, I also had to buy 2 Porsche watches, 1 Porsche E-Bike, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coat. This came up to a total of more than $64,000 of extras! This is completely absurd and unheard of! Then when I asked what model of watch and what model of e-bike, they said they didn't know. The manager then rudely replied that if I'm asking what model of watch and what model of the e-bike, this deal may not be right for me. What is that supposed to mean?! Online all of their cars are being advertised as MSRP, but then when at the dealership, all of their cars say that you have to buy some Porsche watches and e-bikes. It is like a bait and switch! They are trying to scam customers and when customers don't follow their "rules", manners and politeness go out the door. Unbelievable!

This review is concerning Porsche Burlingame, but more specifically, the salesman Cesar Caceres. Cesar was one of the most unprofessional salesman I've ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to come up from San Jose to test one of the vehicles, which Cesar was well aware of, only to be told after driving an hour that there are no test drives without agreeing to a sale before hand. At no time was this mentioned before I drove all the way up there and wasted 2 hours of my time. Cesar could have mentioned this in one of the many emails exchanged, but he decided his time was more valuable than mine, and didn't even bother. If I am going to spend $100k+, you better believe I want to try the vehicle out before signing anything. If management reads this, you would do well to find a more respectful employee that understands the value of people's time.
