Went to pick up my 2024 Cayenne from service because code indicated I needed a part, and after waiting a month for the part, the part they received was defective and I now have to wait for the part again. HOWEVER, while waiting for my car to be brought out from service, Chris Carrol was so nice, a pleasure to talk with, and he was able to answer and fix the 1 burning question Ive had, which was Why artist names and songs never shows on my 2024 but did on all the prior Cayennes. This made me so HAPPY because that has irritated me since the day I brought home my new car. Give Chris Carroll a shout out!

When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. first and most important the car is fantastic and i appreciate Samuel locating and securing it. that said, i didn’t find him consistently responsive during the search. he tried to move me off my desired color and also tried to get me to buy over equipped cars.Deven, his assistant was patient and fantastic teaching me the car. my car was delivered with under inflated tires and Samu told me they would reset…. they don’t. also after i signed and paid… he rushed me out the door and i didn’t know how to charge it where to charge or how to operate the digital landscape of the car…. deven was great!!! helpful and patient but it would have been better for all if he had been able to help me at the dealership and not have to drive 30 min each way to my house to help me

Long Story Short: Stevens Creek Porsche is pulling a bait and switch in order to scam customers to purchase watches and e-bikes. Beware Stevens Creek Porsche is full of employees trying to scam their customers! I was texting/emailing with the Internet Sales Manager and decided to come into the dealership to buy a car for MSRP (as advertised). When trying to buy that car, they said that if I wanted to buy the car, I also had to buy 2 Porsche watches, 1 Porsche E-Bike, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coat. This came up to a total of more than $64,000 of extras! This is completely absurd and unheard of! Then when I asked what model of watch and what model of e-bike, they said they didn't know. The manager then rudely replied that if I'm asking what model of watch and what model of the e-bike, this deal may not be right for me. What is that supposed to mean?! Online all of their cars are being advertised as MSRP, but then when at the dealership, all of their cars say that you have to buy some Porsche watches and e-bikes. It is like a bait and switch! They are trying to scam customers and when customers don't follow their "rules", manners and politeness go out the door. Unbelievable!

This review is concerning Porsche Burlingame, but more specifically, the salesman Cesar Caceres. Cesar was one of the most unprofessional salesman I've ever had to deal with. I made an appointment to come up from San Jose to test one of the vehicles, which Cesar was well aware of, only to be told after driving an hour that there are no test drives without agreeing to a sale before hand. At no time was this mentioned before I drove all the way up there and wasted 2 hours of my time. Cesar could have mentioned this in one of the many emails exchanged, but he decided his time was more valuable than mine, and didn't even bother. If I am going to spend $100k+, you better believe I want to try the vehicle out before signing anything. If management reads this, you would do well to find a more respectful employee that understands the value of people's time.
