I have inly good things to say about my experience with Harbor Chevrolet and all of their sales and service personnel. I hate buying cars because of the rush and pressures that usually come with that experience. This was the first time ever, in 40 years of car purchases, that I felt respected and put at ease. I want to give shout out to Brian, the sales rep, and Ray, the sales manager for actually listening to what my needs and preferences were, and for not trying to steer me to something that they might need to unload rather than what I wanted to see and drive. They gave me the price they promised and all the fees were clearly stated, so there were no “gotchas” when we signed the papers. Bottom line, I got exactly what I wanted and nothing that I didn’t want. I need to replace 2 more cars this year, and I will drive the extra distance from my home to work with them again.

Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office

I had a great experience, went to buy a used work truck but it had been sold by the time I got there. Carter was cool to work with. He searched around to find us a similar vehicle but nothing came close. He presented us with options to buy new and showed us all the incentives available to make it work. He was not pushy at all and left the decision up to us. He worked with me via phone the next day and we got the deal done. He made it super easy and painless unlike past dealership experiences.

I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer ever again. I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make
