I had an appointment in a Friday at 815am and my car was not checked until the following Friday. My car sat at the dealer a week for no reason. Then I go to pay with a 100 credit voucher they issue your account for needed services or maintenance. So then they say we stopped taking those 3 months ago , when I just purchased the vehicle 10 months prior doesn't make sense 🤔. I went here expecting good customer service and was very wrong 😑. Look at a different Chevy dealer and save yourself some time

Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam!

I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make
