As an avid follower of The Car Mom, I came here to review dealerships and identify some potential salespeople. This was after a couple of less than stellar experiences at a Chevy dealer closer to us. I was NOT disappointed with choosing Paradise based on this site and Google reviews. The communication from Esme, Coby, and ultimately Devin was phenomenal. Devin was a fantastic listener and respected my time. I knew what I was looking for, and when he shared he didn't have it, he explained next steps clearly and made sure to not have me drive out before he had more information for me. Devin was fantastically knowledgeable about all trims of the Traverse, explained and demoed the features, and gave very candid feedback that led me to leave in a vehicle that even more strongly aligned with my needs, wants, and spending comfort. He blended real life experience with this vehicle with his sales acumen to really help me feel prepared to make such a monumental decision. He was easy to talk to, applied just the right of pressure when I was on the fence about features in a very consultative (not pushy sales) approach. Devin made a lifelong customer this week, and I would absolutely recommend him and the Paradise team to anyone else looking to purchase! As a female buyer who has been ignored and pushed aside for my husband when looking, Devin followed my lead and treated me like the true decision maker and buyer that I was. He included my husband in conversation, but he directed the detailed questions to me, which I absolutely appreciated. He did it all right, which I absolutely took note of! Sam Macuk is the guy you should see if you go here. Very kind, courteous, and didn't make me feel like a "stupid woman" driver like the first guy (who shall be nameless) did. After dealing with the first guy being rude just because I didn't get my oil changed at exactly the time the manual says I should (on my very low mileage car) and then telling me i had to leave my car for 2-3 days just to get a diagnosis on a code (not true), it was refreshing to finally talk to somebody who knew something about customer service and how to go the extra mile to help people. Sam understands that a little effort goes a long way and makes people remember you and ask for you again. Thanks Sam!

I ordered a new vehicle and there was a tear in the bumper and they refused to fix it even though I have a photo showing the tear was there when the vehicle was on their lot before I bought it. I had previously been a customer for over 10 years and this is how I was treated, they do not care about their customers , they just care about how much money they can make

I recently had an incredibly bad and frustrating experience with the sales team at Dublin Chevrolet. From the moment I stepped onto store, felt disrespected the way sales team treat customers (especailly people sitting behind the glass cabin). The biggest reason i walked out of the store was The sales manager David, who was outrageous. Its not worth any ones time to even interact with him. He is absolutely not tolerable individual along with few folks standing next to him. The entire team during that time were impersonal. If you can't offer a deal, you have better ways to communicate or you can say " Sorry we cant offer" . No need to bring the other sales folks around and made a joke about the situation. Overall, I left Dublin Chevrolet feeling disappointed and frustrated. The sales team's aggressive behavior , lack of customer service made the car-buying experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone to walk into their sales office
