This dealership name is now Karl Malone Ford Lincoln. I was there to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2019 Ford Expedition with an appointment time of 1:00 pm. After two and one half hours the service advisor told me that they realized there was an update due on the computer system and they had moved my vehicle to a bay with computer access and had forgotten it was there. After another 45 minutes he came back and said they were finished. I really was not upset about the wait, but when I went to get in my vehicle I realized someone had been in the driver's seat with oil on their clothing, which ended up on my white leather seats-actual ford color is "med ceramic". I went back in and told them and they did come out and try to use a spot cleaner on it-but to no avail. I now have a permanent discoloration on my seat! If the employee would have just taken the proper precautions this would not have happened! I do believe that the service rep, Lewis Simpson, is doing a good job, but he needs to talk to his employees about how they handle getting in and out of the customer's vehicles, to keep this from happening.
