Jason was prompt in calling me the next business day as I left my car on a Sunday. They diagnosed my car quickly. He called and got my approval, and had to order the part, which took the longest part of the whole deal, but called me Tuesday morning and let me know it was finished. They also gave me military discount. Great job everyone at Springdale Ford.

In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service.

Also of course it's going to cost a little bit of money for them to work on your car if it's not under warranty but remember if you don't keep your vehicle up and don't buy a good vehicle from Cogswell just think about The Taxi you will be paying for if you don't have it .
