Easily the best buying experience I have ever had! I recently totaled my car and had not been expecting to have to buy a car anytime soon, and my credit sucked because of some financial difficulties I recently had. I found some used vehicles online at Crain Kia of Fayetteville that had some promise, so I made the hour and a half drive up there to check them out. Mike Mason spent all day with me, trying to find a unicorn and after testing many vehicles, we finally found a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport that fit the bill. Mike was such a good sport going on all those test drives, and he was so gracious and treated me like I had an 800 credit score. He and manager Kenny Robe worked their magic and bent over backwards to make sure I left happy. I walked out with a beautiful new (to me) car, and the warranties and gap insurance that came with it were the cherry on top. The finance manager Loren Corralez was an absolute peach too, signing the papers was quick and easy and we had great conversation. Absolutely could not recommend this dealership enough, everyone was fantastic and personable and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs a car! THANK YOU MIKE, KENNY, AND LOREN! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brought in 06 Rio for airbag recall. What was quoted as a 1 hour job by the manufacturer took the service department 3. My vehicle was returned to me with numerous scratches in the interior and plastic coverings that were not returned to their original place. I immediately contacted Bale Kia upon noticing this and left a message which was not returned for 4 days. My call was eventually returned by managers whom were both rude and uninterested in compensating fuel costs for a return trip to the service department despite their poor work. I decided to cut my losses and take my Kia elsewhere for repairs to avoid dealing with subpar service and disrespectful management. I have no intention of returning to their service department or making purchases from their establishment so I asked multiple times to be removed from all contact lists. They still insist on calling regularly despite my requests.

Did not even call us back after we tried for several days to work out a deal with them. We gave up and went to Little Rock to Frank Fletcher Kia Dealership. They were awesome, and I love my new Kia!!!!
