For that amount of money, you expect professional care. Instead, my car was returned to me completely filthy.As you can see in the attached photos:The floor mats are covered in heavy dirt, debris, and dried mud.The infotainment touchscreen is covered in heavy smudges and oily fingerprints.The exterior side panels and lower trim are heavily caked in road grime and dust.On top of the filth, the technician didn’t even bother to reset my vehicle's internal service screen—I had to check and realize it myself. They also failed to send the standard multi-point inspection video recording of the work being done like they always do for previous appointments. What exactly am I paying a premium labor rate for? Furthermore, they pressured me into an unnecessary bundled "24K MILE SVC" package for $449.13 that included replacing my perfectly healthy factory Iridium spark plugs. Per the factory manual, these plugs aren't due for replacement until 42,000+ miles. Even worse, while they charged me to check the cooling system, their own inspection sheet explicitly flagged that my hybrid coolant was low—yet they released the vehicle to me without topping it off. When I messaged them about the filth, I received a text back from Service Representative Ashley T. (#837) admitting the oversight and telling me to bring it back to get it taken care of. I do not live in Little Rock, but I made the trip back based entirely on their written word. When I arrived, they told me their car wash was down. Instead of taking ownership and driving it to a local wash or manually wiping it down, they handed it back to me a second time with absolutely nothing done. On 06/11/2026 I ended up taking my vehicle to Crain Kia to get my fluids properly topped off. Their service team showed me the official Kia factory maintenance spreadsheet and noted that it was very weird and odd to change spark plugs on a brand-new Kia when there were absolutely no misfires, engine codes, or indications of a problem. Crain took care of the low fluids Landers ignored and treated me with honesty. Landers Kia uses all the expensive, high-tech gadgets to check your alignment when you pull into the service door, but they can't manage basic customer service, technical diligence, or clean a vehicle after a $600 job. A formal complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau (Case #24924653). Complete waste of my time, gas, and money. I will be taking my business to Crain Kia from now ON. Would not stand by their Landers Advantage warranty on a used car. Daughter bought a used car and the battery did not even last a month. Called sales rep repeatedly and never received calls back.
