Dayton did an outstanding job helping with my car purchase. He understood I wasn't looking to be sold something, but that I wanted to buy. He handled everything over the phone and via email to help complete the purchase. The visit to pick up the car was a great experience and it really gave my daughter a really great experience in life about buying cars, since this was her first car. I can't stress how great Dayton handled the sale. He is the kind of salesman every dealership should have, but very few do. Everyone has been very nice & accommodating. My only issue has been that while servicing my vehicle the tech removed the screws holding the cabin air filter in.. then sent someone to ask if I wanted them to replace the filter for an additional $100.. I told them no. Later purchased my own filter for $20 & replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes. Somehow I can’t understand why they would have charged me an additional $100 for that.

Drove a hour to get to this place to see and hopefully buy a car. The salesman that we spoke with on the phone was in the building but would not come out and speak with us. Instead another salesman did. To top it off the car that was overpriced we was looking at had no AC when we test drove and the sunroof did not work. Would not recommend this place.

Bud Gentry is a crook with zero conscience! My 80 yo mother bought a car from him that, he did not disclose, had been wrecked. When I took it for service it sat for 11 months on the lot (waiting for a headlight assembly) I fought with Bud and GM for 4 years over a headlight issue that 3 different mechanics at Genrty's couldn't fix. Took the rig to Nashville, to York Gary last month. After 4 years of fighting, not being able to drive the car and 3 headlights, York Gary called me the very same day with the results of their inspection of the headlight issue... The ground wire was not connected! Gentry's is absolutely incompetent and will never see another dime from me or my family.

Again i needed to have repairs done on my toyota tacoma, and again i dropped my vehicle off at the dealer, for those repairs. Every time i use this shop, im never given a status of my vehicle, it takes them forever to do the work requested, ive never gotten my vehicle on the day it was dropped off. NEVER, they have kept my vehicle two days for a brake inspection.
