Never ending NIGHTMARE!!! - hotinaz

The salesman was a nightmare! I have bad credit so I put up with more bs and paid too much. Then at the last minute he doubled my down and raised my payments over $100 a month. I refused to sign the contract. They pushed hard. I said I wanted my trades title back since there was no deal. He refused. He finally handed me the cash difference on the down payment. So I signed. If there is any issue the staff is NASTY to you. No matter how you approach them. They talk in circles and demean you. I return the tone and thet can't handle it. It's been a nightmare since the first day! It hasn't stopped being a nightmare. No one will get an actual supervisor to speak with me. Now Karen lied to me. Straight out. She said she spoke to my boss and He confirmed I do not work at my job. That NEVER happened. She yelled at me, said she would just repo my car and hung up. I called my boss who is LIVID! He NEVER said that. He called and got the run around. If he doesn't receive a call back he is informing his lawyer. Such bold, slanderous behavior. I hope I can update that an actual higher up calls and corrects this issue. I'm not counting on it though. Horrible customer service and horrible people so far. **** IT ONLY GETS WORSE!!! I paid it off and they STILL are the worst company to deal with. They REFUSE to s3nd my title and told me to go buy one. I already did when I bought the car!!! They all lie, cheat and have no basic decency. Apparently Alex is the owner, as he stated he has no boss. Which is completely untrue! YOU CANNOT RUN FAST ENOUGH AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Go to LITERALLY any other dealership and you'll be off to a much better future.

Yes they will replace your engine or transmission but with a USED one. I got the engine replaced in my car with one that supposibly ha 70,000 miles on it. My whole reasoning for going to auto action was for the warranty. The engine they relpaced is starting to make the same sounds like the one that was replaced.I was excpecting at least a rebuilt engine not one a little less worse.

We first found our Toyota Tacoma on one of the web portals and were immeidately impressed with how clean and new it looked depiste its almost 20 years and just over 150,000 miles - it looked so nice you'd never have known it from the pics. We called Brett who told us he works by appointment and was happy to accomodate anytime we were free...his level of customer service considtently high all the way through. When we arrived at his dealership the lot was immaculate, even meticulously cared for, and every vehicle was washed and sparkling. The truck was in the same excellent condition the online listing indicated, inside and out, and ran as well as it looked. When it came time to buy Brett rode with us to the DMV office nearby and helped take care of all the details. In every way we felt comfortable, unstressed, and excited to find such a great vehicle from such a manicured place, and from such a terrific guy. We'd buy again from Brett alin a heartbeat.

They guy was friendly. But that's where the good stuff ends. I called on a car to check options (stick vs. auto). The car was at another store and he really insisted he bring it to this store for my viewing. When I showed up, the ding-dong had it up on the rotating display so I couldn't really see it or drive it (duh!!). After I got someone to stop the machine so I could take a closer look, I saw it had been beat pretty good and it was a stick, not auto, as I had been told. They other guy that helped me was friendly too.<br>

DO NOT GO TO CACTUS JACKS! If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They were extremely shiesty (is that how you spell that word?) off the bat, trying to get me to sign on a vehicle that I hadn't even been inside and had barely seen! They even told me that they couldn't get me approved at my salary as a part time worker when I had already been approved at two separate dealerships for $150-$200 a month payments. They are a typical buy here pay here kind of place, and frankly sort of rude as they like to talk down other dealerships (ones that are more trustworthy even, like Carmax) to make themselves look better! And I quote, "You're not going to find vehicles under 100 thousand miles at these prices anywhere else, and especially not at this quality." Which is just a blatant lie as I had been to plenty of other dealerships selling cars of the same quality and prices with even lower mileage than they were offering on their vehicles.

Absolute Rip Off! - Jason Mallory

My pregnant fiance and I purchased a 2003 Ford Mustang with 149,000 miles with a six month warranty and a 15 day lemon law. We were told that this was a reliable vehicle without any issues. When we were about to take the vehicle, the convertible top had issues. They fixed the top and we took the vehicle. I came back within a few days stating the shocks hit extremely hard and the indicator lights such as the theft and ABS indicators came on and off randomly. Don said that was typical of the vehicle and they all did this. Within 3000 miles we had an issue with the vehicle overheating. We had the warranty service tow the vehicle back to the dealership. Don had one of his mechanic shops look at the vehicle. The mechanic stated that someone had poured oil in the coolant reserve and that caused the overheating. We took the vehicle back. Within a week the vehicle started having the indicator lights such as the theft, ABS, and Trac Off, and Service Engine Soon lights as well as the temperature gauge shooting up to overheating. The AC stopped working. I drove the vehicle to Don and had him look at it. He started it up and no indicator lights came on and the temperature was normal. I stated that it was random and happens intermittently. I turned off the vehicle and stated it again. At this point the temperature gauge went all the way to overheating, the Service Engine Soon light came on, the theft light started blinking, and the ABS light came on. The AC stopped working. Don then took it to a different mechanic. The mechanic replaced the water pump and the radiator and flushed the cooling system. We got the vehicle back and still had issues with indicator lights coming on and off. Sometimes just the ABS light, sometimes the ABS and Trac Off, sometimes ABS, Trac Off, and Service Engine soon. The vehicle started having dimming issues with the headlights where the lights appeared dim. The dash lights would dim too. Within two weeks the battery died. We replaced the battery and this fixed the issue for over a week. We then had the front passenger tire blow out due to bad sidewalls. Replaced the tire. The indicator lights started coming on and off at random times and the brakes started acting up as well as the dimming in the dash lights happening. We were coming home from Yuma when we blew the rear driver tire. The sidewalls blew out on this tire as well. We started taking off and within 50 miles the car started stalling and having issues of low acceleration and Service Engine Soon and the Theft light came on. We pulled over and checked the fuel shutoff switch. This switch is frozen in place and can't be reset. I bypassed the switch and the vehicle made it home. It still has the Service engine soon light on, stalls when idling, theft abs and trac off light stay on. This vehicle has had a total of five break down issues

What an amazing experience! I have bought vehicles all over the Phoenix area, from the big guys down at the Auto Mall to the little guys down in Mesa, however none of the other dealers gave me the experience, care or attention to details that Choice Motor Group provided to me. This dealer is hands down the go to dealer if you are in the market for a new (to you) car. Jim was so knowledgeable about the vehicles they had available for sale, and he made sure to pay attention to every detail to get me into exactly what "I" was looking for rather than push me into something I didn't want just to make the sale. Their clerk Kim was also highly efficient having all of my paperwork ready for me in hardly any time at all. I highly recommend Choice Motor Group and will definitely be returning when I am ready for another vehicle.

Caution. Classic Promenade, Phoenix, AZ uses false and deceptive advertising in their descriptions of cars (falsely states high engine compression when it's actually low, no engine issues when it burns white smoke indicating engine repairs needed and omits clear knowledge of known frame damage and missing safety items such as missing parking brake mechanism. I can go on and on regarding their overstatement of the actual condition of the vehicle. The overall written description was grossly overrated in terms the vehicle overall condition and their website falsely claims they provide a multi-point checklist but never provides it. You should expect more from a professional classic car dealer. Their solution to challenging their written description is to totally ignore you. I would say Classic Promenade is a "used Car dealer" not a professional Classic Car Dealer. Stay away!

Purchased a truck from the prescott store. Had some issues from the get go and they were fixed but i had to take time off to go to cottonwood to pick it up. General manager was so rude. Two months later i had to get the transmission rebuilt. Stay away from them. The person that sold us the car was nice and tried everything she could to help BUT there policy and warranty is crap.

This company goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. They deal with many different financial institutions so what ever situation you may have that you think you can not get financing then you need to pay them a visit. Kat was the best. She is super nice and is very comforting that you will leave with a car. The whole staff will make you feel part of the family. To bad Pork Chop ( the dog ) wasn't there when I went. I saw her bed and asked about her. I will refer all my friends and family here. I wanted a car that was a pretty tough deal at first, because of some technicalities so I left. Then received a phone call the next day that the deal was going to be able to be done, and the biggest smile arrived across my face. Trust me go there. A major plus about there inventory as opposed to other dealers is that they keep there inventory in doors to protect the vehicles and it make the viewing of the vehicles much more enjoyable. Plus the drinks and candy they have in the office. Thanks!!!!!

I am from Las Vegas, and I flew to AZ to meet with John Paul in Scottsdale. It was not until I arrived in AZ did he disclose to me that the car I was buying had a lemon title. He said it did not affect anything and that all it meant was the manufacture bought it back and fixed an item on it so he gets it at a discounted price. After rushing me through the paperwork I signed a lemon disclosure releasing them of the liability. It was not until I got back to Las Vegas when I found out the car is worth THOUSANDS less because of the lemon title. I drove half way back to Las Vegas to get a call from John Paul telling me to come back to the dealership because we signed the wrong papers.The papers I signed were for a different car. So then I drove all the way back to resign new papers. After being rushed through these papers again, he failed to explain that the warranty and maintenance plan would expire in 6 MONTHS! He originally told me 18 months and showed me on the original paperwork....but then when i resigned he failed to tell me the new expiration date. So to get the warranty extended was another $4800 and to get the maintenance extended was another $2800. I wish that was the end of the story... NEXT less than a month after I bought the car I found out the car was in an accident that was never disclosed to me. John Paul at Diamond Motor Sports even showed me a carfax with no accidents on it. You can to this day print a carfax that says no accidents on it but I have had 4 mechanics confirm that there is a bent strut and a cracked front subframe and over spray from when it was half xxx repaired. Both totaling over $4,000 to repair. Now I am out $11,600 because of the maintenance, warranty, and accident. I called them and said that this was not right but I would cover the warranty, maintenance, and the fact that it is a lemon because I should have read the paperwork more closely BUT I wanted them to help me with the cost of repairs for the accident that was not disclosed to me. After giving me the run around for 7 months they tell me "you are on your own..." and refused to help pay for ANYTHING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. their cars are lemons, salvage titles, and cars that have been in accidents that they do not disclose. I am posting rip off reports, filing a complaint with the BBB, writting bad reviews for them, and contacting my attorney.

Oil change for 1981 Pickup. Steve not only did the oil change, but he took the time to show me what else was needed so I can schedule additional work as my budget allows. Steve explained what was priority, and what jobs could wait. I got a real education. I could not have done the job faster or cheaper myself (and I am a car guy). The price was more than fair. I Love these guys and I trust them with my car!!!

I came here looking for a car for my daughter.mainly because it's ads price is lower than any others in town.....Holy! I was in for a biggest rip off I've ever had. A 12k listed price car ended up to be a 17k out of the door without any extras, Doc fee=$ 1000. Some other none sense charges=$2000,.....tax license. total= 5 K. Add 12k= 17k This guy is a crook. Advice: Stay away from this dealer at all cost. Facility is so filthy, No coffee, no water, toilet is stink.
