Bought a 2024 Lexus today, and the service was fast and awesome. I was scheduled yesterday to look at another car at Arizona Car Sales and cancelled at the last minute. Luis was very considerate of my wishes and did not pressure me. I found another vehicle online (at Arizona Car Sales) that fit my needs better, so I came back the next day. Luis jumped through hoops to find me the best interest rate possible - no pressure tactics -and gave me all my options. In and out very quickly! Thank you, Luis!

Great experience shopping for a new car . Rob is knowledgeable, professional and patient. I bought my last Lexus 18 years ago and I needed a tutorial in the current models. I wanted more safety features despite having a perfectly great 2006 RX350. Went in for knowledge to begin my search and came out as a new Lexus NX owner. Felt respected and appreciated. Hard to give up a decent deal. Everyone I spoke with on Saturday was friendly and kind, esp., Rob. Glad it worked out for both of us.

My experience at Royal Preowned Supercenter was fantastic. My 2011 Mini Cooper had a significant breakdown and I realized it was time to retire my favorite car. I don't shop for vehicles often and purchases can be stressful to me. Jesus was kind right from the start. I saw a vehicle I liked online but I was without a ride to come and see it. He took a video and sent to to me; the next day, he offered to send a Lyft to get me to the car lot to take a test drive. When I arrived, the sales manager, Keith, help me look at the vehicle because Jesus was with another customer. Then Osama went for a test drive with me. All three gentleman were very kind.. After my vehicle was fixed and I took the new vehicle to my mechanic for review, I was all set to purchase the vehicle. It happened quickly (but with plenty of time to feel comfortable). Jesus kindly held the vehicle for a bit until we could get it to my mechanic (and they took it to my mechanic for me, since I didn't have transportation and had obligations at work I couldn't change). Then, at the very end they put a finishing touch on the experience by adding a box of roses before I drove off with my new vehicle. I love my new mini (who I named Maxi since I went from a 2DR to a 4DR). And, I highly recommend this sales team, especially Jesus.

The best car buying experience I have ever had in my lifetime (and I am 74 years young)! Just buy your new Jeep at Swanty’s in Bullhead City. From the salesperson (Robert), the finance guy (Jim), to the service department (Debbie – because we had retractable Amp steps installed on our new Jeep) these people will treat you like family! I just can’t gush enough over the wonderful buying experience we had and the enjoyable and respectful way we were treated! Once again, just buy your new Jeep at Swanty’s!
