It’s a very good operation. Sales department is good but I only deal with one salesperson consistently. I have bought several Mazdas from them. Service is quite good also. They do try to please. I don’t think you would find any better service for Mazda in the Phoenix area. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Took it to where I got the battery and they tested it with two different devices and it was fine, so not sure what to believe. 🤔 so I hope I don’t return from my trip to another dead battery. The prices of service is very reasonable, considering it's a dealership. My most recent service was front and rear brakes. Couldn't be happier. They stand by their work, and if there is ever an issue, they immediately correct it. I can not say enough good about Pinnacle Nissan service! Highly recommend!
