We just purchased a 2025 Palisade and I had some questions about my cameras, and alignment, and needed help with the CarPlay. I made my appointment online, which so easy to do. Melissa in the service department was awesome, answered all my questions and had someone align the car. Zack in the sales department helped me with CarPlay. UNREAL experience. Loved this dealership over Honda of Chandler! Mike Marks in car repair and Jahir were amazing!!! Not only were they making us laugh, but they found the problem immediately and took care of it within 30-45 min. Excellent experience… they are like a family out there! I expected $200-$1500 repair and walked out with paying $90 and waiting 45 min, instead of waiting a couple days!!! Unheard of! Thank you Mike and Jahir! Excellent customer service!!
