He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need.i appreciate that. I will continue to take my vehicles to Quebedeaux Buick-GMC. Paul the courtesy car driver was very pleasant and courteous as always. Paul is a big asset to the dealership.

Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Marriott was great and really went a step above where others had failed, She made me feel Confident in her ability to make sure this type of stuff did not continue happening. Had the truck sold for what I thought was a fair price and I still do, but her commitment to me that things would change made me keep my truck and continue my relationship with Yates. Yes the work was all done and done correctly just not the first time. Thanks again Charity You really did make a difference for Me.

I had THE BEST experience with Coulter Roadside Assistance because Tom was my guy and showed up early, delivered honest and helpful feedback & turned something super stressful to deal with into something that was done in less than a couple of hours, hassle free and beyond professional and kind! I HIGHLY recommend Tom from Coulter Roadside Assistance for any of your roadside needs. Tom deserves all the praise, promotions and raises as he was the most honest Cadillac technician I have ever encountered. I've owned a Cadillac since 2012 living in 3 different states and most ALL the Cadillac service technicians I have dealt with will do everything to upsell, charge extra, etc. and it's a disgusting tactic that is still used even in 2022 to scare and gaslight women into paying upwards of 100's of dollars for repairs they simply don't need. Tom set an awesome example for any of the bottom feeding service technicians who will say anything to get more $ out of their customers. TOM IS THE REAL MVP!!!!!!

Trust Rob Upchruch, sales manager at Henry Brown Buick. I had a service bill for $201 that I was expecting to pay $151.87 for. I wanted my A/C charged. The service department charged for the regular A/C service on my 2014 Buick Enclave, but all I wanted was the freon put in. I talked to Rob and he understood my concern. He not only lowered my bill to what I expected to pay, the $151.87, but adjusted it due to my old age I think, I'm 77. My new bill was $139.83. Thank you very much Rob Upchurch, you are a great guy. For us living on our social security income, every dollar counts. Thank you Rob.

Service on Saturday!!! The best! I was on my way to MN when 30 miles from home I heard a strange sound in my car. Long story short, Called Earnhardt, talked to Mark, he said “Come on in”, went there, talked to advisor Wes, technician “Jimmy” walked up and had just finished a job, looking for another. Wes instructed him to drive my car, Jimmy diagnosed a failing left front hub, Earnhardt had the parts, and In less than three hours I was on my way. All were friendly, professional, and caring for my situation. Could not have asked for better service!!!

I’m only leaving a review in hopes that the emails and text messages will stop from this dealership. I was clear that I was from out of town yet they still wanted to upsell me on services and even offered to give me the current trade in value of my car in case I wanted to trade it in… it’s a 2024 and only has 16K miles on it; pretty sure I’d like to keep it for awhile.
