Ty Larson was so fun, engaging and enjoyable to meet. Buying a car is stressful but he made it more like a personal, social event. We already owned one Lexus and buying a second one at Bell Lexus was a no brainer. Ty checked on us throughout the entire process to make sure everything was good. We also did not want to buy unless we knew that Eric Willis would be our maintenance manager. The car had a window problem within the first few days and Eric got us right in to have it fixed. Excellence in service! My wife and I decided to go Arrowhead Lexus and test drive 3 vehicles that had on property. We were greeted by Kyle. We enjoyed the drives and learned a lot about all. We explained we need to do some addition research. We thought we were going to buy a used 2022 Lexus ES350. Beautiful car and drove great. Not able to get to an agreeable price point. We looked more and discussed more. Decided go new. Reached out to Kyle and he was able to get a car from sister dealership. We had some discussion on price and secured a deal. Met the GM great experience. Finance team same great experience. Arrowhead Lexus gets 5 stars for treating customers so well. Keep up the great work.
