It was time to trade in our old Honda Pilot for a newer model, and we couldn’t be more happy to have closed the deal with Autonation Honda at Chandler. Prior to landing here, we shopped around for different vehicles, and when we finally decided that we were going to stick with another Honda vehicle, we reached out to different places to request their best OTD for the color interior/exterior that we wanted. Autonation had the best price hands down. Now it was a decent drive for us to Chandler, so we did try to see if the dealership closer to us would honor the same price that Autonation was offering, and they couldn’t come close. The other thing that I loved about working with Autonation was that they gave us a fair deal for our trade-in, and we’re not pushy like other sales people when our answer was no on specific items. They explained what things were and why they recommended them but also respected our decisions if the answer was no. I want to especially give a shot out to Isaac, who went about and beyond working with us and getting us the best price for the car that we wanted. They have definitely earned our business when shopping for future cars and will recommend friends here before going anywhere else.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

I had a scheduled service. They took me right in and explained everything. I also had 2 minor recall issues that we dealt with one one the day of the scheduled service and set up another appointment for the other. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We recently purchased a new 2026 Honda Ridgeline Trail Sport from Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. Since my wife and I live in Prescott, AZ, I made my first contact with Findlay online. Both the General Manager (Jacob) and salesperson (Caetlyn) responded to us within just a few minutes. Since we did not need to test drive the truck and were ready to make a deal, I spoke to Jacob over the phone and very quickly work out a deal for a very reasonable price that worked well for us. Since our trade-in vehicle was only a couple of years old and was still under warranty, Jacob was able to quote us a price that was within the KBB trade-in value range. The whole process over the phone took less than ten minutes and ended with a written deal by email . Everything was very upfront with no hidden fees. We were very happy that we didn't have to do any hard, drawn out negotiating as you have to do at some dealerships. The next day, we drove up to Flagstaff to make the purchase. Caetlyn was very accommodating on the time that worked for us and she had most of the paper work finished by the time we arrived. The truck was also ready for delivery and was inside the sales building waiting for us. The whole buying process was quick and easy. The finance lady was also very professional and did not try to pressure us into buying any of the extras that are commonly offered in the finance room. When I’ve purchased cars from other dealerships in the past, the process took so long and the information provided to me seemed convoluted. Ryan Valenzuela called me on a Monday morning after I had left my callback number the previous Sunday night. I met with him that Monday morning at 10:30. He was very professional, polite, well mannered, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and made the purchasing process easier than I had ever experienced. 9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
