Dino is very personable, genuine, straight shooter, has great integrity, no pressure approach and just an incredible all around neat person! (Thank you Tom). He met all our checkmarks and then some. Jeff in finance is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. This is our 4 honda and looking for another one in about 6 months. 9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
