1st oil change for my 2025 GV80. This is my 2nd GV80. Devin was my service rep and he is excellent. This was my first time getting service at the new Chandler location. It is very nice. Set up very well for comfortable waiting.

They were willing to negotiate the pricing on both the sale price of my new Genesis GV70 and the value of my trade-in. Favio my sales rep was easy to work with. Teresa the finance manager didn't try to hard sell any add on charges. The selling price we agreed upon was what I drove out the door with. I really appreciated the straight forward manner with the whole transaction process.
