This is my first experience with an Audi dealership and I couldn’t be a happier customer. My car battery was nearly dead after I’ve owned my Audi for almost 4.5 years without a battery change. I called around to a couple Audi dealership’s because it seemed daunting to get my battery changed on my European car. While Audi arrowhead did not originally have the best price, Allan in service was able to match the other dealerships price and got me in same day and all fixed up. Very pleased

I have worked with the service dept at Audi Gilbert for several years now, just for general maintenance ect, and I have really had great experiences with the service dept. Specifically Scott, he really comes through with great suggestions and sets expectations appropriately. After this last visit I was not only impressed with the work done on the car, but as always the service was just exceptional.

I was there last Friday with appointment to purchase used car. The sales person Ron was nice and tried very hard. When it was time to talk to the manager Bryan everything went bad. He was very arrogant and He said that they do 150,000 deal that this is nothing. Like we weren’t worth his time. At that moment we decided to leave that dealership. I bought cars from Chapman Honda and was a good experience. I have a family member who works from Chapman and always talk about customer service. I was very disappointed that a person like this represent Audi Chapman. I will never come back to that place or recommend anyone.
