Horrible service. Had my vehicle for four days and still was not even able to get the diagnosis done. And when I called on the fourth day. I bought my car roughly four months ago. It has been virtually undrivable at least 3 of the four months I've had it. The service people are doing their best but my A6 needs a software update It has been virtually undrivable at least 3 of the four months I've had it. The service people are doing their best but my A6 needs a software update. I have been in several times ( 4 times) with no success. I get constant warning lights. My Air conditioning went out. (was fixed) but none of my doors lock. This is the worst experience possible. Horrible would be an understatement. There is more but no need to bore anyone. Disappointed big time. The General Management was of no help. Help!!! More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. There was no loaner car available while my car was in the shop. Due to a lack of labor, it took them 2½ business days just to complete th department. There was no loaner car available while my car was in the shop. Due to a lack of labor, it took them 2½ business days just to complete the 12,000-mile service and address two recalls. I honestly don’t think I would have gotten my car back when I did if I hadn’t called and insisted on an update. I now have to go back because the two recalls were not completed. When I tried to make an appointment online for the recall service, no loaner car was available. At the same time, I checked the Audi Chandler website and saw that they do offer loaner cars for recall appointments. So, I’ll be taking my car there next week instead. More

My vehicle had been at Audi Gilbert for 5 days and I wa just told that no one has even been able to look at it. And they will notify me when they have a technician available to look at it. I’ve had various issues over the years getting my vehicle serviced here from small tools being left in my vehicle to greasy fingerprints all over my screens. Thankfully, my service advisor Scott has helped a serviced here from small tools being left in my vehicle to greasy fingerprints all over my screens. Thankfully, my service advisor Scott has helped alleviate some those issues. However, one of my biggest frustrations is the lack of loaner vehicles when my vehicle is in for service. It is extremely inconvenient to drop off a vehicle and be expected to rely on an Uber, especially when the rides provided can sometimes be in vehicles that are dirty or poorly maintained. There is also an additional concern that is particularly frustrating for me because I work in law enforcement. My work vehicle is parked at my residence and I have experienced situations where it is apparent that some drivers have negative reactions or discomfort because of that. Being placed in that position simply because the dealership does not have an appropriate loaner available is not something I should have to deal with. I understand that loaner vehicles may not always be available, but this has been a recurring issue for the many years I have owned multiple Audi vehicles rather than an isolated inconvenience. When customers are spending a significant amount of money on a luxury vehicle, the service experience should reflect that same level of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I have never felt particularly impressed with the service I’ve received here, and the lack of reliable transportation options is a major part of that frustration. I also recently got my vehicle serviced and it was returned back to me with my coolant level bellow minimum despite my multi-point inspection showing it in the green. For a dealership representing a luxury brand, I expect a much higher level of customer service and consideration. More
