David Harris was so helpful and went above and beyond assisting us and most importantly, He listened to us and guided us with such a pleasant and servant heart. Perry helped us with our financing and got us a wonderful rate. We never felt pressured, but felt they were doing everything to help us and the experience was one that I would recommend to everyone.We love our Nissan Pathfinder and the price we were able to buy it for. I am at a just looking stage right now. The man who called me was named Will and was very helpful. I am an older widow woman who's car bit the dust and the mechanic said it would cost more to repair than it is worth. So I have no trade-in and am saving money to buy a good used car. I am on a fixed income and it will take a couple of months to get up the cash. My credit is very poor (549) due to my late Husband's medical bills, I paid them and lived off credit cards for over 3 years, then when he passed I tried to pay things off but it was at the point of paying those bills, or eating and keeping my home which is paid for. I had to make a choice. I have been paying on his bills when I have extra money, but things are tight.

I caught this dealership trying to cheat me on 3 separate occasions...today was the latest time when they tried to charge me $391 for a $176 part. They charge $50 an hour labor by the way. After much unpleasant discussion I now have my car fixed and they only marked the part up 74% instead of the 222% they were going to charge me....Let the buyer beware. I have been faithful to this dealership....wouldnt let anyone touch my car but them and 3 times thay tried to cheat me. I dare them to deny it...Ill own a new car then for nothing. I am also writing our states Attourney General and printing a public notice in the Alexander City Outlook regarding these practices.

Buyers BEWARE. HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We were working on a new purchase and my trade. I wanted to get the trade value on my truck and once we agree we could move forward with the purchase. I have a text message in writing that Dean Mitchell (the owner) agreed to a certain amount for my trade. At that point I allowed them to run my credit. Once all the banks approved, Dean Mitchell came back and said he couldn't give me the amount he agreed to, and lowered it by thousands of dollars. This is not what we agreed to, and I only allowed my credit to be ran because we already had a deal. All we had to do was the final paperwork/signing and it was done. I drove over to the dealership once we had all of the bank approvals, to find out that Dean had completely changed the deal that was already in writing. I have no idea why they would want to do business this way. Only thing that I can figure is that my vehicle was to nice and expensive for them to afford buying. Seems like they are in the business of buying cheap. Being a customer who usually purchases a new vehicle each year or so, they really made the wrong call on this one. I will never do business with them, and I hope that this will help future shoppers to know what kind of business they run and how they will treat people. Very unprofessional, and not a good business model to have. I don't like to leave negative reviews and usually don't. But this was so above and beyond frustrating that I had to put it out there, and hopefully it will help others avoid this dealership. I will keep spreading the word amongst my clients, friends, and family. Please read the other negative reviews that are out there on this dealership. I'm very confident that they are mostly all true. On a positive note, my salesman Larry was great. He was on my side and very understanding. I really felt bad for him, losing an easy sale because of his management team, and their shady ways of business.

I had bought a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus from Family Auto Sales. The down payment was great, but the customer service was horrible. The owner himself was rude to me and he gave out racial comments. And to make matters all worse, after I had bought the car, he had called me and he demanded me to give back the car or he was going to file a warrant on me not wanting to give me my money back. So I gave him the car back, but unfortunately, he did not give me my money. I have the reciept from the down payment, but I am taking it to small claims trying to get my money back. I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

In 20 or so years of buying cars, this was absolutely the worst deal any dealer has ever offered me. They wanted full MSRP+$300 processing fee minus the FACTORY rebate and offered $1500 less for my trade than it was worth. I couldn't believe it! I drove a long way to deal with a small town dealer and it was a huge mistake. Needless to say, we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I just bought a vehicle from this dealership and the same day I purchased the vehicle the transmission went out. I had a master tech look at the vehicle and diagnose the issue and apparently due to that they refuse to look into the matter. This was an issue that would have been VERY apparent to the dealership.

My experience at jack Ingram Montgomery, Al was great thanks to my salesman Ryan Gholston. After trying to get a car from several other dealerships just to be turned down and credit shamed; I decided to try one more time and I chose this place. Ryan understood my situation and didn’t judge me. He worked hard to get an approval and to find a car that fit my budget. He kept me posted and walked me through the process all the way. He didn’t just try to throw me into a car just to make a sale but actually listened to my needs and concerns. I was able to get my daughter a nice car with low mileage and a payment I was comfortable with. So, when it came down to helping my other daughter get a car I had to go back to Jack Ingram and work with Ryan again. It had only been about six months since my first purchase so I knew it was going to be hard to get another vehicle. But once again Ryan worked hard in getting an approval and finding the right car for us. It took a lot of going back and forth to find something that would work for our budget but it all worked out in the end. My daughters couldn’t be happier with their cars. If you plan on using Jack Ingram Nissan for a car purchase, I highly recommend Ryan Gholston he truly cares about his customers.

My wife and I just bought a GMC Terrain from the sales guy, J P Windham, and the owner, Matt Woods, today. We have bought several vehicles from Matt's dad, Jim Woods over the years, starting back in the '90's when I did have hair and I didn't have a belly, and we have always felt like we got treated very well, especially compared to other dealers. We had bought a Town & Country from the JAS Select lot back in March. Our salesman was Mark Kilgore, and he did a great job getting us into the van, but we had no end of problems out of that vehicle. Every single thing about the van was fantastic except for the fact that at random intervals, roughly every two weeks, it wouldn't start or even try to turn over. Sit twenty to thirty minutes and it would crank like normal. It spent so much time in the shop between then and now that we'd never really gotten to enjoy it at all, always worried my wife would be stranded somewhere in this terrible heat, though Mark went way beyond and above what any car salesman I've ever dealt with in my life would do. When my wife was stranded picking up groceries at Wal-Mart, Mark drove another vehicle to her there, moved all of the groceries over, and moved over a baby seat and got it fastened in. Has your car salesman ever done that? Not only did they cover all of the exploratory shop work on the van, but they paid untold $$$ out on towing and providing us with other transportation while the van was being worked on. They treated us very kindly throughout the ordeal, and as a customer service rep myself, I KNOW that that's hard to do sometimes, depending on the customer and how in the back of your head you know you're losing money on the deal. I can't thank Mark enough for how he took care of us in this super-stressful situation. My wife lost all faith in the van, so we decided to change to something else. We test drove the Terrain for a few days. It's a great vehicle, and Matt really treated us extra fairly on the pricing and all of the details of the sale. It's one of the nicest vehicles we've ever owned, and we feel very good about the trade. I can't brag on them enough about how they bent over backwards to relieve the bad situation we were stuck in, and I'll end this by just saying that if you're looking for a new vehicle do yourself a favor and go see Mark Kilgore, J P Windham or Matt Woods at the Jasper Auto Sales Select lot.

No hype, and no hidden fees, the listed price was the total cost of the vehicle. They also had a no questions asked return period and even a warranty. When I went to the dealership, it was no different. Courteous people and no pressure. I decided to buy the vehicle and we are very happy with the purchase.

A couple of weeks later, I received a call from my county title office saying that I owe close to $1000. Mike's miscalculated the sales tax, I believe, to give me a lower price. I'm locked in, and now have to pay another $1000 on the car. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them!
