I really enjoyed the rapid experience at this dealership. My credit is bad and being repaired and I didn't think that I could get approved for a vehicle but I tried anyway. I cannot remember the salesman's name, Elond I think, help me out. I walked the lot first to see if there was anything I liked. There were plenty of cars in inventory to choose from. I told the salesman that my credit was bad and that I wanted to see what I could qualify for. He quickly showed me what I could get with my down payment and I test drove 2 vehicles. I didn't think it would happen, but I actually drove off of the lot in a nice vehicle that I actually love and it only took about 2 good hours. A few days later I noticed the car kept running hot and the windshield wipers did not work in the automatic setting. I took the car back to the dealership and they said the radiator was leaking and they replaced the radiator, the coolant system, and fixed a ding in the windshield. The rain sensor that is needed for the automatic windshield wipers is on back order and they told me to bring the vehicle back when it comes in and they will get that fixed as well. On top of all of that, they gave me a loaner vehicle comparable to my car until my car is fixed. So in conclusion, I have to say that I am very VERY pleased with my experience at the Carmax dealership in Hoover Alabama. This place is the Chic Fil A of car dealers and I have and will continue to send people to Carmax. Thank you for everything! More
