I see a car that wife wanted... go in and see several different things... all cars 900over cost, but three different prices are shown.... get manager to give me a price e, almost accept it, then he starts adding on fees, tells me incorrect information on taxes, fees, and the car itself. He kept pushing sale, but wouldn't answer questions. All the while playing Christian music... a modern day money changer.... WWJD.

I recently purchased a vehicle from cottage hill motors in mobile Alabama. I live in Arizona, when I tried to license the car in AZ they said I needed to complete the Arizona affidavit of repossession. The dealer gave me a Alabama repo affidavit but it needs to be duplicated on the AZ form which I sent to the dealer to be notarized and mailed to me. I purchased the car on April 11th and emailed them of the problem on the 16th when I attempted to license the vehicle here at that time I also sent them the needed Arizona form to complete. On the 27th of April after numerous calls and emails I was told the document would be completed and mailed that day. As of today I still have not received the document and am now in violation of Arizona licensing statutes which require title transfer in 15 days. I do not know what to do. The most terrible dealer experience I have ever had.

The service department did a magnificent job of working with my warranty company, keeping me informed, and providing professional and expeditious work. I highly recommend their services, and intend to utilize the services of this dealership both for auto service and vehicle purchases in the future. Thanks again!

I brought a 2004 Dodge status from this dealership. I thought that it was a great car at first, but about one month after buying it, it began to skip will driving. This car lot is a rip off. The cars look good but don't run good! Don't let them convince you to buy nothing. Also, there interest rates are very, very high. By the time you pay for the car, you will have paid for two vehicles. Don't buy not one car from this dealership. Oh one last thing. I gave them a 400.00 check to hold until I took cash to them for a down payment, on the day that I gave them the cash, they were suppose to give me my check back and come to find out,they cashed the check and took my cash money. When i asked what happened, they said that the secretary that was present when I bought my car had quit, that means that i just paid 800.00 for a down payment, and all they asked for was 400.00! They are cons... believe me!!!! And don't ever buy a warranty from them because It's not worth it.

Hometown Motors had a great price on a very nice 2012 Mazda3, which I located using Autotrader.com. Richard Chambilee answered questions quickly that I emailed to him about the car before I went and looked at it. My wife and I showed up at the car lot shortly before closing and general manager Mark Tucker stayed late so we could drive it and to get the paperwork done. He took care of dealing with our credit union the next day and had all the paperwork ready for us to sign when we came back to pick up the car.

The absolute worst establishment I have ever dealt with. The customer service aspect is definitely not customer friendly. The company itself doesn't keep their word as far as policies that it established. The car salesmen are incompetent to what they should be doing like filing paperwork and taking accurate tecords. I really hope no decide to buy from this company it will be the worst desision of their lives. Terrible and I mean terrible company.

i went to king because i was refered by a friend who had bought a car from them. i was told by my friend that these people were up front and honest. well, that is exactly what i got! they hepled me pick out a new truck and explained to me that i had quite a bit of negative equity in my trade, which i already knew because i had over 100,000 miles on my old truck. they made several calls and were able to get quite a bit more for my trade. they got me a great rate and my payments were even lower than i expected. i was really inpressed that they did not pressure me to take life ins,extra warranty etc. overall it was a very nice expreience. i highly reccommend them!!

I am a single mom and 9 months after my wonderful experience buying from Bear, I started having issues with my car. I took it to a shop and got a 2500 dollar estimate. I thought no way anyone will help me. I tried to get a pay plan at several shops I called and I had no family to help. My son was getting rides to school and me to work with a weekend walk to the store. I reached out on a prayer and called Bear Sales man( I wish I had sooner). He immediately put me at ease and said his owner Bobby Ledbetter wouldn't leave her in a jam like that, and they didn't. I was leaving in a rental car in 30 mins. 3 and a half weeks later my car wasn't back, but they were fixing my used car, It was okay. I called Bear and he was so gracious and said, "we want it fixed and fixed right, when you get it back it will be perfect, please be patient" I was and I received a call a week later and Bear assured me he had checked it himself, and it was ready. I went fully expecting them to give me a bill, or say pay this to get it back or here is your payplan, nope "Bear Handed me the keys and said, "if you have any issues call me, when you buy a car from Me and us, you get us for the life of the car." Thank you Bobby and Bear, you get my business for life. Best experience ever 11 out of 10 buy from Bear

I guess I am guilty of believing in advertising. I went to this dealership after listening to their radio ads promising a better deal. What I got was a couple of shady characters wanting me to give them all the details of an offer made to me by another dealership so they could "match" it, they got so caught up in trying to match the deal that they didn't listen to my needs as a consumer. I have decided to go with the other dealership, and feel like I need a shower after dealing with these two characters.
