After having an awful experience trying to get my car fixed. I explained here in a review what had happened and received notice that they had figured out the problem. So after four months my car was fixed. They realized the inconvenience and did not charge the $1383.24 bill. This was extremely generous.

Not calling any names but I thought the one one service department in town, I had to drop my car off for service knowing in my past that I had someone one in case they didn’t get anyone at the exact time so I had someone on standby just in case they didnt want they said they would do,but trust and believes,went I got there it was just like the theirs number one customer even though I never had deal with this company before in my life,they got me to work before time and pick be well before my car was ready I could’ve asked for no matter service than I received at the service department the first time in my life I have received such great service so I just want to give them a great shout out thank you chervelet of Montgomery for making me one of your customers

I have a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and the hood release Latch was not releasing. I tried and was unsuccessful. went to UJ Chevrolet in Mobile, at the service department, they looked at it and saw I also had a battery charger hanging out the hood strapped down. and attempted to release the hood but sent me to John the service advisor for the body shop, he got one of the body shop techs and was able to release the hood get my charger and fixed the cable . Super service and a big thank you to Everyone at UJ Chevrolet!!!! Thank you will definitely return and recommend UJ Chevrolet and the service Department!!!
