I called Team One and we drove to Albertville Alabama and met with Ron, the Sales Manager and he sold us our new 2025 Nissan Murano SL. What a great experience. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional and made us feel very welcomed. This is probably one of the top 3 dealerships I have visited in my 78 years! What a pleasant surprise!

I am so grateful that Mitchell Nissan and all the people involved there are in my life! I'm not young. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! Thanks so much to Joy, the entire service department and to Ross for always being so great to work with!

She was so helpful and so kind you felt like you were sitting in her living room with her. Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Check out OMVIC for dealership regulations.

I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint. My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick. It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
