The folks in the service department at Benton Nissan are the BEST! I had an appointment for brake inspection and to check the tire air (admittedly two fairly minor items but important none the less!). They were so nice and did a great job letting me know the status of my brakes and tires, and testing the tire pressure so that I would feel safe on my upcoming lengthy driving trip. Besides always being friendly and courteous, I really appreciate how thorough they always are.

LYNCH NISSAN gave me my first happy experience in a very long time. Mr. Briggs promised me he’d do whatever it took to get me the best experience and deal ever. Everyone at Lynch Nissan had a part in my care and experience today. They were EACH not only professional and courteous but I left today believing that what I got from them and heard from them today was their true personal values, personalities and traits. I thought of the saying. What YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. Every step that was taken this week had interjections/delays of one kind of another. The entire Staff kept plugging along and everything came out even better in the end. I plan on telling EVERYBODY ABOUT LYNCH NISSAN AND MY EXPERIENCE TODAY. I have both purchased a vehicle and had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The only issue I've ever had was with the sales manager, but it was immediately resolved. The service department has always been really good, they've serviced my vehicle and normally do a pretty quick turn around on it. I've also had minor body repair done there and they have done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a Nissan or have a Nissan that needs service.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and patience of Tom Morgan who work to help us understand all the wonderful things about our new car. He even came to our home to help us to program the garage door opener. We have enjoyed our new car.

Terrible service department. Brought vehicle in several weeks ago with several warranty concerns one of being my steering wheel made noise when turning it or using wheel heater and another being steering column moves. They replaced the column and it fixed the movement however the noise actually got worse. No big deal brought car back in for the noise and they replaced the column again saying it was the wrong size and it will be all good. Ok great they do what they have to do and two weeks later my car is ready for pick up. I get there and have to wait for my writer and she finaly comes and has a porter pull my dirty truck in to the service lane. I jump into my car reassured we are all good, excited to be in my truck again I start to pull out until.... I make it about fourty feet and the steering wheel still squeaks. Ok no big deal again I stop, still in the service lane, and call the writer over by name and she hears the exact same problem I showed her when I dropped it off. Now here is the kicker and why nobody should bring there vehicle here. She has the service manager come over to me and asks what is the noise. I show him and he clearly hears the noise and he tells me..... "We have spent to much time on your truck take it somewhere else" and attempts to shake my hand and walks away. POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS CORE. Ironically in the backdrop of this incident, still being in the service lane, there are two technicians playing paddle ball in what I am guessing is the lube rack. I supose properly diagnosing vehicles and repairing them impeded there paddle ball tournament and no more time could be delegated to properly diagnoing vehicles. Bottom line is don't go here for service I won't go here for anything but that is me. This place is a joke, pherhaps the poor management extends beyond the obtuse service manager and extends to the GM and pherhaps even the owner. One way or another this dealership will never see a dime from me and I have four Nissans in my household and two in my company fleet.

Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. My experience working with this dealership is the best I've had by far! Amber was an absolute joy and was truly a friend throughout the whole process instead of handling like simply a business deal. She impressed me in so many ways. With Amber, it wasn't just that she kept in touch as the vehicle was inbound, it was how well she communicated and added personal touches to each one. I could see that she was as excited as I was myself! Even the sales manager reached out along the way. Amber absolutely appreciates and puts her customers first while going out of her way to make sure they are well cared for. I cannot describe how much that type of service to others means in a world that is losing sight of what's important. Even though Nissan Andalusia is several hours from where I live, I would recommend them and Amber first above all and will certainly be calling her first when it's time for my next purchase!

I purchased a 2005 altima nissan, 13000 miles on it in April 05 from Crump Nissan. I paid cash money for this car! In the pricing of the car they agreed to get the dents out of the bumper and repaint the same. Well it has been repainted twice and looks much worse, dents still there, water bubbles all in the paint. My car now has 22000 miles on it. I am on this day putting 2 new tires on the care to keep it from shaking and they are slick. It was my fault not to be a better shopper or ask about this dealership. I did not look at the tires, but 13000 miles I guess I thought they would be ok. I do not believe I saved that much money, but thought that I would. I wish they would just give me back my money for the car and let me be satisfied. You know these people knew this car. I admit on the right side of the car it was dented and I allowed them to fix that and still purchased the car. First wash job on it, you have never send soooo many dents and scratches that were covered by some sort of awful paint to cover them. This car was awful for 13000 miles and I wish they would have been honest and said you do not want this car. I told "Tim Dodd" my salesman I had bad vibes about that car and I had a right to. I bought the 3.5 so I could get dual exhaust, well on the left side of car the pipe extender was gone and I pd to have another one put on. It showed up so bad. Thank You, but I have been sick ever since this purchase. Kathy Bishop I will return to the lot when I go back to AL to tell them all this.
