The Service Department at this dealership is HORRIBLE, and that's about the nicest thing I can say. They have had my Chevrolet Tahoe for two weeks for a simple repair and still haven't completed the work. To make matters worst there is absolutely ZERO Communication from them. I have to try and chase them down every single time for an update and it takes multiple days to get a response. All calls go to voicemail and calls never are returned. They say the service advisor will respond to a text message fastest, and that's false too. I will NEVER purchase a new car from these clowns because they lack even the slightest hint of delivering any resemblance of what might be recognized as "customer service". Oh, and try tracking down the GM, Jonathon Dixon, he doesn't return calls either so I guess it's a trickle down culture of let's just leave our customer's hanging because we don't give a XXXX about their business!! If that's the goal, then this dealership is truly exceeding its goal!!!!
