Do not recommend taking your car here for service. One hour after my appointment time my car still hadn’t been taken back for an oil change, I asked how long it will be, they said another hour to hour One hour after my appointment time my car still hadn’t been taken back for an oil change, I asked how long it will be, they said another hour to hour and a half. I get a text 15 min later that my car is done. They didn’t give me an inspection sheet. They didn’t fill the air in my tires, they probably didn’t even do the oil change (since they saw I only put 1,000 miles on the car, but I’m worried about water build up). I do not trust them and their service at all. I will never be back. More

I purchased a brand new truck 3 weeks ago and it is now being worked on for the 3rd time regarding a BCM issue. As of today 4-23-26 they still do not have an answer. Updates/communication hasn’t been great being worked on for the 3rd time regarding a BCM issue. As of today 4-23-26 they still do not have an answer. Updates/communication hasn’t been great, hope this gets resolved very soon. Last thing I was told was “we have to wait for the GMC engineer technician to come and look at it”, but really don’t know when that will be. Surely someone has enough authority to get the ball rolling on this. Hope this truck isn’t a Lemon.. I’m not one to leave bad reviews and I really hope this gets replaced and addressed appropriately, but so far this experience hasn’t gone very well for me. More
