Great selection, not pushy but comes at a price I had a really good experience overall at the dealership. The truck that I bought is amazing and I love it! It’s the truck of my dreams. Every salesman that helped me were friendly and not pushy whatsoever. Great set of guys and enjoyed working with me. Some of the cons 1. Not every salesmen knows everything about the trucks. Few things that I was told turned out not to be true. example they said they were $3500 brand new tires and wheels when they turned out to be used and not $3500 2. Towards the end of the sale it started to feel like a used car dealership. I’ve worked with a few dealers and had a better experience then here. 3. To finalize the deal I wanted car mats and a full tank of gas and we shook on it and agreed ( didn’t think that was too much to ask). After signing all the paperwork they said we can’t do floor mats and when I got the keys to the truck the salesman only put a half a tank in the truck...... that’s about how I felt at the end of the night. Even though I had a great truck and am super excited to have it, i felt gyped. Even though they were minor things they were lies and didn’t appreciate them holding up their side of the bargain. All in all great guys and great to work with but the world “used car salesmen” is a word I’d almost use. They don’t really take care of you and their whole mentality is “if you don’t buy it someone else will” rather then taking care of you then and there. Be honest with your customers because driving off the lot I felt taken advantage of and lied to BUT! love the truck 👍🏻 More

Hassle Free! I contacted Lance Hunsaker 3 months ago looking for a 06-07 LBZ duramax with black leather. Lance was periodically in touch with me thru that time. Last week he pulled thru and I picked up my 2006 GMC Sierra with Black leather. Definitely one salesman I will return to Idrive to deal with! Most hassle free, trusted sale I've ever dealt with. Upfront, low pressure, great process Jordan was up front with no pressure, but, very accommodating to my time line of buying. BUYER BEWARE **DISHONEST** I would never buy from this dealer or recommend them to anyone again. I went in after seeing a 2016 Chevy Silverado truck I liked on K **DISHONEST** I would never buy from this dealer or recommend them to anyone again. I went in after seeing a 2016 Chevy Silverado truck I liked on KSL. Came in and took it for a test drive, and even though there were a few things that I could tell needed to be fixed (TPMS sensors not reading-which Jordan later told me they just wouldnt work anymore with the new tires and rims, tires rubbing on fenders, tailgate stuck closed) the salesman Jordan promised that they would take care of all of that before I drove it off the lot. If that could all be taken care of, I liked the truck enough to start talking numbers. I also saw that the truck had been on the lot for almost 6 months, which made me question the truck a bit more. So I told Jordan that I would like to take it to a mechanic before I signed anything. Jordan told me that their Fords had been selling like crazy, which is why that truck hadn't sold. But said he understood my concerns and wanted to grab his manager first. So his 'manager' Brandon came over and began to swear up and down that the truck was in perfect condition, that iDrive would NEVER sell a vehicle that was in anything less than perfect condition, and that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I still wasn't sold, so Brandon told me he would sell me a warranty that would cover anything that could possibly go wrong AND that if I didn't use the warranty in two years, that money would then go to the principle of the cost of my truck. How could I refuse? Two days later I start to hear a whining noise from under the hood, so I take the truck to a shop ask the mechanic to do an overview of the entire vehicle as well as check on the whining noise. Turns out the back brakes needed to be replaced and the whining noise came from the 3 serpentine belts that needed to be replaced. Cost me over $400 two days into owning the truck. They also fixed the TPMS sensors that Jordan told me wouldn't work anymore due to the new tires and aftermarket rims. Took them all of about 5 minutes, so I can only assume that iDrive didn't even attempt to fix them. The very next day, I hear a loud screeching sound from underneath the hood and another knocking sound. I take it into a sister company of that mechanic ( I had driven out of town for work) and they tell me that the AC compressor is bad. $1,900 to replace it and all corresponding parts. So less than a week into owning this truck that was in 'perfect condition', I am over $2,300 in repairs. When I called iDrive to explain the situation and give them an opportunity to make it right, I essentially get the run around. All the way from 'Well I did my job, so it wasn't my fault.' to 'I'm sorry, Brandon shouldn't have lied about that.' But no one has been willing to step forward and make it right. Beware of iDrive. Its a joke that a company like this is willing to treat customers this way. As soon as you drive off the lot, they couldn't care less about you or the vehicle you bought from them. More

Great Service and Prices Just like many others, I dread the process of carbuying. Online shopping for hours then having to deal with sales people for hours. iDrive changed my Just like many others, I dread the process of carbuying. Online shopping for hours then having to deal with sales people for hours. iDrive changed my perspective. Their sales staff made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. They had many great options to choose from and helped me find what I wanted and they did it quickly. I didn't spend much time there at all and I walked away with the truck I wanted at a price I couldn't find anywhere else with all of the customizations. I will be going back to iDrive for all of my vehicle purchases and I will make sure my family and friends do too. More
