No service after the sale!!! I bought a custom 2018 F250 from Idrive. The deal went ok other then some hidden dealer fees that I read about ahead of time. The financing was also s I bought a custom 2018 F250 from Idrive. The deal went ok other then some hidden dealer fees that I read about ahead of time. The financing was also strange, they wanted to charge 400 dollars more if I paid cash. Other than that it was ok. The truck was undercoated/paint matched. They assured me it was all done very professionally. The undercoating looked like some kid sprayed it on, no big deal but I think I paid 600 bucks for that. The paint work looked good. It also had aftermarket headlights. After driving the 900 miles home I noticed the paint was chipping off the front end that was freshly painted. I called and could never talk to anyone , just got put on hold for the manager and never got to speak to him. I called my salesmen and he told me that the manager told him that he wouldn't do anything about it, if he wanted to help me he would need to pay for it. I thought that sounded very unprofessional but moved on. The headlights began to fog up. I contacted Anzo headlights and they said they would be happy to warranty them but the original purchaser would need to make a phone call. That's when the circus really began. I have spent 4 weeks trying to talk to someone there. I have spoken to 4 different people whom put me on hold for the manger that never picks up. I have emailed, used social media and every option I could find to just ask if they would make a phone call. I didn't ask them to pay for anything. I even messaged on dealer rater to the manger. The website talks about exceeding expectations, well that is a lie. I paid premium money because the truck was done. Well it now needs all the paint work they had done stripped and redone, needs new headlights that I will now have to buy again! Don't make the mistake I did, buy elsewhere. I have given them ample opportunity to try to communicate with me and not leave a poor review. More

I was in a time crunch the day I went in to buy the truck and Lance got me in and I’ve been looking for and the entire process was smooth and simple. Tried to slide in $1800 of B.S. Had agreed to terms with salesman the day before other then trade value. We came to terms on that and I planned to purchase 2015 F-150. When he told me amount financed and payment it didn’t match what I had figured. I asked for the purchase contract to check line items and 1. Price was $700 over agreed price. 2. Listed undercoat and paint protectant I said I don’t want that and was told it’s already on the truck. Why the xxxx is a price listed and agreed upon not for the truck the way It sits. Buyer Beware. 100% dishonest. How many people don’t know they’ve been charged for this crap. Purchased my trade in from them and missed it first time around. Worse part they didn’t even care I walked I was lucky though because Driven Auto in Springville hooked me up with 2 yr newer and 30K less miles and 10 speed tranny for just $1800 more so I won BIG! More

Great Car Buying Experience We had a few options of used cars we were looking to buy and iDrive was our third stop. I called on our way there, they had the SUV we were interested We had a few options of used cars we were looking to buy and iDrive was our third stop. I called on our way there, they had the SUV we were interested in ready to look at and test drive when we arrived. It was a laid-back, non pushy staff. They were helpful in making sure we understood each step of the purchase process and that we had all the details we needed about our choice. Even though we got there later in the afternoon they stayed and helped us complete our purchase without being pushy. The financing department was quick and efficient and got us out the door. I would highly recommend them. We didn’t buy a truck this time, but a SUV they had from a trade in. Their trucks are absolutely beautiful though, we will be back when my husband is ready for a new truck! More

BUYERS BEWARE !!! This place is a fraud all around! We spent days looking around for the perfect truck for my husbands 30th birthday. We ended up at IDrive and purc !!! This place is a fraud all around! We spent days looking around for the perfect truck for my husbands 30th birthday. We ended up at IDrive and purchased a highly expensive Dodge Diesel. Straight from the get go it had problems. We were told ALL their vehicles were tested and maintenanced by their own mechanic. Well you guys need a new mechanic!! From the get go it had a leak of oil. We were told it was just an oil pan. When taking it to our mechanic we were told it was something much more and would cost $1,500-$2,000. The lining of the bed is falling off, the piece lining the tailgate fell off. The DVD player doesnt work once a dvd is in. The alignment was so far off we had someone pull up next to us and explain how bad it was! The transmission overheated on us at the mouth of parleys canyon! When husband looked at it all the transmission fluid was BLACK! After 2 weeks it started squeaking. Finally we got them to take the truck back and look it over again. All they did was supposedly a "transmission flush" but its still overheating. The trailer light connector is broken. The brakes stick for a minute after pressing it. They "sprayed" a squeaking belt and said "well it stopped doing it" everything they did was a TEMPORARY FIX! They did not have out license plates available and told my husband "sorry nothing we can do" THE TEMP TAG IS EXPIRED! Then they told is after we bought it that WE need to get the safety and emissions done on it?! They ended up telling my husband he had to leave. They did not FIX ANYTHING! This is the worst representation of a dealership I have ever dealt with and they are extremely expensive for not doing anything mechanically on a vehicle. Also we purchased the high end warranty on the truck and even they will not pay for the repairs! This place is a fraud, an inconvenience, and completely untrustworthy. I WARN YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY LIED TO!!! More
