It was easy to pick one from such a great selection of cars. He made sure the process was simple and that I'd get a great deal for what I wanted. I knew I was in good hands right away, and there's no better feeling than knowing you're being treated like family. More
Review of Columbia, S.C. location Auto Pros of Columbia, SC are not listed as a dealership on this site for some reason, however BUYER BEWARE. This dealership adds on a $600 "Document Auto Pros of Columbia, SC are not listed as a dealership on this site for some reason, however BUYER BEWARE. This dealership adds on a $600 "Document Fee" (to do their own paperwork which is excessive even compared to larger nationwide dealerships which typically charge $200-$300.) In addition they try to sneak in another $179 to transfer the car title and your tag which in this state only costs $40 for all. My wife and I actually spent two days test driving cars there, found the one we wanted and agreed to the price they were asking, but not until the final paperwork was placed in front of us did the salesman disclose this add-on fees. WE WALKED! Their GM and acting GM contacted me later that day and the following day under the pretense they wanted to work something out- That something ended up being them trying to sell me on their excessive fees which I will not accept. We will never do business with this dealership in any state and I'll be sure to warn anyone I come across about their deceptive business practices. And the "Lifetime Free Oil Change" as I understand it from multiple people who have tried to use it is a farce. They schedule the service for weeks out from the date you call and then take hours to complete the service once you arrive. This is apparently done to discourage you from using the free service that comes with your purchase. More
