She made us feel at ease about the decision we were about to make. Kelly's enthusiasm and friendly attitude was a nice change from other dealers. Her knowledge about the industry was very helpful in making us feel comfortable with the decision to purchase our Nissan Murano. Although they were scheduled to close at 6, she never made us feel like we were holding her up, even when we completed the sale at 7:30. Kelly is a HUGE asset to your sales team and should be recognized for it.I I will definitely be sharing her name with any friends looking to purchase a car. In addition, I was impressed with how she was able to train a new salesperson, without prolonging our appointment. She was very detailed in her training. We all know the main reason why we avoid car dealerships and that's because of future costs, this was not so for us. I've been to other dealerships and haggled and some say NO FEES. May be true but the final price is what matters the most. Scott Austin was great with his knowledge and customer service. Failure to disclose no hold policy for out of towners I am taking the time to leave this review so the people that shop over the internet will not have to waste their time like I did at this dealership. I I am taking the time to leave this review so the people that shop over the internet will not have to waste their time like I did at this dealership. I decided to call this dealership in regards to a vehicle they had listed on the internet. The salesperson wanted me to come that day but my travel time would be 6 hours round trip and it didn't fit my schedule for that day. So we made an appointment for 2 days after. The salesperson called the day before the appointment and later the same day the secretary called to make sure I was coming, basically to confirm the appointment we had made. I told them that if the car sold in the mean time to please let me know. The following day I spoke to the secretary and the salesman to let them know that I was on my way and should be there in a timely fashion. So 3 hours later I arrive at the dealership, the salesperson that I had made my appointment with was oddly not available so they found someone else to help me. After about 5 minuets going through standard details he tells me that the car had just been sold. Of course I couldn't believe it so he went to check with the head manager. The manager double checked and told me that it had sold and that they had a "no hold policy even with appointments". So they went through the phone messages that where made from our past conversations and they said there was nothing said about holding this car for me. So my point is this. They failed to tell me about their no hold policy and also that a deposit would be necessary to hold a vehicle. I had all intentions of purchasing this vehicle and no one would drive 3 hours just to look at a vehicle or in hopes that the vehicle would still be available by chance for when they get there, its simply too far. Dealerships with good ethics would understand these things and would make sure that all important information be provided to the out of town buyer with an appointment. They knew this would be a 3 hour drive for me one way and they didn't have any concern for me other than to make sure I was coming to buy the car. Their only real concern is to sell vehicles not concern for their customers. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They wanted to sell me the car but failed to inform me about their policy's that might be discouraging for me not to make the trip. So even them knowing I was on my way they sold the car anyways. The sales manager saw the fury in my eyes and offered to reimburse me for my gas, I guess so he could feel better and lucky for him I brought my fuel efficiency car that I was going to trade in. Very very bad business ethics. They should really look at what else is important other than just selling cars. Shame on them. More
