Everything was on point except for a few hiccups with my bank but they helped sort everything out. Probably the best used car buying experience in a very long time.. Paul was very helpful and had all service records and even records when the upgrades where done! Had the jeep for 7 months and not a single issue with it. More
the WORST place to ever purchase a car!!! I brought a car in may not even 5 MONTHS later I had to get about 5 oil changes. They sold me a car with hole in the engine. When I went back to let them know I was in may not even 5 MONTHS later I had to get about 5 oil changes. They sold me a car with hole in the engine. When I went back to let them know I was told it was now my problem. The fact that you can do something like to someone is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay VERY far from this so called “sketchy car dealership” a bunch of crooks !!!! More
I bought a sprinter from this place and either Paul lied about the work that was done to it, or he got ripped off by the shop that said they did the work. Definitely get your vehicle checked out by a 3rd pa about the work that was done to it, or he got ripped off by the shop that said they did the work. Definitely get your vehicle checked out by a 3rd party before you buy. Below is my email outlining everything that’s wrong and I’ve only had it 3 days... Hey Paul, thank you for selling me the van I appreciate your time, but I am a little disappointed in the quality of the van. There were a few things that you said you and your shop did that you didn’t do. Or maybe you got charged for and didn’t actually happen. 1) oil hasn’t been in a long time, the sticker says change oil 68,000 and the date is from 2019 and you said you hadn’t had it very long so I doubt it was actually done. 2) check engine light came on 200 miles into the drive home. I ran the codes at our shop and it’s for a bad fuel filter, which you said had been serviced and from looking it it it clearly hadn’t. 3) you had said the belt was replaced, and it is very worn, close to breaking. It might be that the belt wasn’t put on right or the tensioner pulley is pushing the belt out of alignment that made it wear so fast, but I doubt it. 4) you didn’t say anything about this, but when I was driving it home I heard a banging in the back, I thought it was a loose spare tire and didn’t think much about it, but the tail pipe was not connected to the vehicle and was rattling against the undercarriage. 5) the a/c unit might have been taken off and the gasket replaced, but it was not done so properly and continues to leak. It is also cracked in the outer unit which may have happened when they “replaced” seal or happened at a different time. 6) not necessarily your fault, I should have noticed but the back left tail light is cracked and needs replacing to pass inspection, so do the license plate light and the head lights. When I called to inquire about the van I got a good feeling that you were an honest car salesman and that this would be a great vehicle for me and my family and it might be, but you do not seem to be the honest salesperson I hoped you to be. I had saved up for a long time to be able to afford a vehicle like this and I am pretty disappointed in the experience with Zoom. I now have a vehicle that I cannot afford to fix to pass inspection, so I now will have this van sitting in my driveway until I can get it up to par. I do not know where the fault lies either you need to find a new shop that actually does the work it says it does and to the quality you should want it done at, or you have lied to me about the state of the vehicle. I am now burdened to this van so I would appreciate it if you would now please be honest and tell me what was actually done so that I can then do a more through inspection of the van or ask the shop you use what the xxxx happened and why they delivered you a van with such poor mechanic work? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME......!!!!! I rarely , if ever , leave a bad review anywhere, but this experience warranted it. After numerous email exchanges with Allen and Peter at Zoom Au I rarely , if ever , leave a bad review anywhere, but this experience warranted it. After numerous email exchanges with Allen and Peter at Zoom Auto Group, my son and I drove 100 miles so I could help him purchase his first official car. ( college graduation present) At no time, in any of those email exchanges, did either Peter or Allen share that the car had significant HAIL damage, nor was it shared on the website, that the car, while in good shape, unfortunately had hail damage. The roof and the front hood had over 200 small little dimple dents in it. Despite all of this, my son was still interested in the car, and would have been OK, with the hail damage, if the price was right. When we approached them about adjusting their price to reflect the hail damage, they indicated that " the owners" would not budge on the price. We should have just got back in our car and bolted out of there as fast as we could. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for not indicating that the car had hail damage, or even give a lame excuse as to why they didn't share that on their website. In looking at their website, they unbelievably BOAST, in their "Mission Statement", about INTEGRITY: " Integrity: We always strive to do the right thing. Our commitment to the truth is unwavering, both in actions and in words" Well, they didn't do the "right thing" AT ALL......., and they have NO commitment to the truth , either in their actions or words. I wasted a whole afternoon of my weekend dealing with this. Sorry for the bad review, but if i can save someone else from wasting their time, I had to leave this review. More

They also stayed within my budget that I had told them, which I appreciated. 5 stars for sure!!! More

The prices are typically inflated by certifications that ultimately do not cover much except a few free oil changes. I started looking on lots from the manufacturer again this time around and was turned off by their prices and lack of knowledge about the cars they were trying to sell, and lack of effort in help they offered during the process. I received countless automated calls and emails, with no real assistance when I responded. I found the car I was looking for at a much better price at Zoom on Halloween. I was able to test drive the car immediately and come to an agreement quickly. The transaction took about an hour, and I was home in time to trick or treat. More

Great car Thank you thank you thank you!!! The guys, Peter, Angelo, and Allen we're amazing. They went the extra distance to make sure our purchase went smoothl Thank you thank you thank you!!! The guys, Peter, Angelo, and Allen we're amazing. They went the extra distance to make sure our purchase went smoothly and was a great experience getting my first car. My dad used to be in the business and we blew out of several stores because of their lies, hidden fees, and awful cars. My dad knows all the tricks and after visiting a bunch of stores he said these were the only honest guys we came across. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

Came here to look at a car and what i found was complete garbage. The car that I came to look at wasn't the same car in the photos, same model and exterior color but not the same interior trim. Also the amount of damage on the exterior of the car did not match the photos what so ever. The front bumpers and grill were lose and obviously damaged and the headlight washer was missing. Also you could see the hood gap on the passenger side of the car was twice as wide as the other side so obviously it was in an accident which the car-fax said it wasn't. ***(yes I know every thing is not reported on car-fax but it was clear the car was in an accident so why would a dealership that "cares about it's customers" advertise a clean car fax when the car isn't clean)**. The rest of the car had scratches and dents and you could see the paint was different on some sections of the car clear as day because you could see the run marks of the paint and the paint job didn't come close to factory paint job that BMW does. So from that point I knew for a fact that they posted photos of a different car that was in much better shape and probably came from an actual reputable dealership which this place is not. Besides the terrible cosmetics and physical damage of the car, the car itself wouldn't even start. The battery was missing and was not yet replaced. So they then said they could take a battery from a different car and put it in there which is funny because that is probably what they do with there cars is take pieces off cars and put them on other cars and hope that match up well enough to sell them. The real kicker is I called 2 days before and asked if the car was there and was it in good shape. They said yes to both which turned out not to be true at all. So I drove 5 hours to see complete garbage. So I will be recommending to all my friends and family members not to ever buy a car here because I wouldn't want them to be ripped off. More
