We were in Madison looking for a used car for my daughter to take to collage and found several on the Zimbrick European lot. We worked with Marko Baxter and he was great to work with. Much better experience the second time around getting new tires at Zimbrick. Because of the problems experienced the first time, I accepted a free alignment with my new tires. They collected the car on tim tires at Zimbrick. Because of the problems experienced the first time, I accepted a free alignment with my new tires. I only sometimes put reviews. I want to share my UNPROFESSIONAL experience, especially with the finance team. I bought a pre-certified Porsche Macan from this dealership. My experience with the finance department could be better. When purchasing the car, I mentioned I wanted to go with a bank that gives me the lowest interest, and I would put the money down to get the lowest interest. I was given only one option; I got a loan approval for 0 down and an interest rate of 6.64%. "I asked then if this was the lowest interest rate I could get." I was told that this is the best rate you can get due to the demand for cars. However, I got a mail from another bank stating they would loan me nearly 90% of the amount with 3.57% interest. I learned this a few months later, and I called the finance person to ask why I was not told about this. The conversation with the finance person was unpleasant and unprofessional. When I initially purchased my car, the final numbers on the paper were different from the quote I was given. The finance person told me yes, that's a mistake. And she was asking me, "have you not committed any mistake in your life? " This should not be the way a customer should be treated. Altogether, they did not take responsibility for their error, instead pointing out that you should have known better. I understand that they are doing business, but the treatment you get before you sign a car with them is different, and the treatment you get after you sign the vehicle is unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Marko Baxter was an amazing resource in helping us purchase our 2020 sprinter van. Julie Budwig expedited the paperwork and helped with getting finances arranged. The shipping company Marko recommended got the van to us in under two days. When the van arrived we were very pleased. There were a couple minor issues that needed repair and both Marko and Aaron Pfeifer in the service department worked with us and our dealership in California. We are so pleasantly surprised with how smooth of a process this was and how professional and trustworthy the people at Zimbrick are. Makes us want to move to Wisconsin (or at least visit)! More

Fantastic Service & Facilities! I've been so happy with the service department at Zimbrick European! They've worked on my SUV a few different times and all the employees have been so I've been so happy with the service department at Zimbrick European! They've worked on my SUV a few different times and all the employees have been so accommodating and great to work with! This last time when I came in for a repair my warranty company was being extremely difficult to work with, and Matt was incredibly helpful taking care of the issue and making sure the repair was done regardless of my issues with the warranty company (and at a very affordable price!). I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure to this time after that exceptional customer service! The facilities are also always so nice. Being able to drop your car off and pick it up inside the building is such a luxury when the weather's bad. The waiting area has a large selection of complimentary refreshments, and I LOVE that they provide such high quality complimentary loaner cars so I can still look presentable driving for work while my car is worked on. They're not necessarily going to be the lowest cost that you can find for service, but for me all the other benefits always easily make it worth it to come back to them for service every time! I would highly recommend them! More

NEVER AGAIN We purchased a certified used 2012 Audi Q5 from Zimbrick a few years ago and the car turned out to be a real lemon. First, right after the warranty e We purchased a certified used 2012 Audi Q5 from Zimbrick a few years ago and the car turned out to be a real lemon. First, right after the warranty expired, the turbocharger needed to be replaced. To be fair to Zimbrick, they agreed to defray some of the cost of the replacement. Then the car started using oil, but we were told that this was normal and that we could get it topped off at Zimbrick. While this is might be ok if we were always in proximity to the dealership, what were we supposed to do if we were out of town--which happened to us. It is certainly not a solution to the problem. On average, we used about a quart every 1,000 miles. I do not think this is "normal." The final straw happened when I asked about rectifying the problem and was told I could get my pistons replaced at a cost of $7,000 to me, which MIGHT solve the problem.. So the bottom line is that the only thing Zimbrick would do to stand behind the car they sold me was to occasionally (and more frequently) give me a little oil. We promptly got rid of the car and vowed to NEVER buy another Audi and NEVER set foot in another Zimbrick dealership of any kind. More

It took me a year to find my current car and every time I popped into Zimbrick Audi, Mike would greet I strongly recommend working with Mike Tolleson. It took me a year to find my current car and every time I popped into Zimbrick Audi, Mike would greet us warmly and ask us what we were looking for that day. We finally ended up going with BMW but I wanted to give Mike a shout out and let him know we appreciated his kindness and professionalism. If we or anyone we know are interested in Audi in the future, we will point them towards Mike. More
