Bait and Switch On Tuesday may 29th I went in to Kenosha Subaru to have a vehicle that was at another location transferred to their location. I was told there was a On Tuesday may 29th I went in to Kenosha Subaru to have a vehicle that was at another location transferred to their location. I was told there was a charge of $1,000 for this service which I paid. I was told with it being the end of the month they could not have the car here till Friday June 1st. Friday I stopped by to see if the car was there, It was not and I was told that it would now be there Monday. On Monday I called for an update only to find out that the car was sold - I knew the car was sold but my sales person did not call me - rather he waited for me to call him. I am not happy as I was told on 3 different times the car was being transferred. I told Kenosha Subaru I was ok driving to the other location to buy the vehicle only to be told that the process was started so it would be easier to wait till the vehicle was transferred. My issue was that I was lied to - Turns out the car was sold on Friday at the other location - Please tell me the truth that the car was sold - don't lie - All trust with this company is lost when you lie. Tell someone what your going to do then do it - if for some reason you can follow thru with what you said you were going to do come clean and tell them - people understand thing happen - but people don't like to be lied to Follow up - Talked with the GM Mike on Tuesday June 5th - He asked if Kenosha Subaru could have a chance to make things right and find another vehicle - Mike said he would follow up with me with-in the next 72 hours - Its now been a week and still NO phone call from anyone at Kenosha Subaru - I was refunded my $1,000 More
