He arranged for diagnosis of the problem and discussed the possible solutions without pushing me towards a particular one.
Nice, clean facility with helpful, thoughtful employees. The extensive work our car needed was handled efficiently and we were given a loaner car so we did not need to spend hours waiting at the dealership.

Great. Clean shop, warm environment. One of the things I love about the 'waiting room' is there is a separation. Not everyone is sitting in uncomfortable chairs. You have tables to sit, counter tops for laptops, fornthe worker, and, a couch for those retirees that can watch the price is right...lol.
