Turned around in the parking lot and showed the service manager. They contacted an interior detailing specialist and paid for them to fix it. Downfall was having to come back with a busy schedule. Otherwise Rachel and the service manager were extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back. A Subaru enthusiast group in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois recommended this dealership.
