TERRIBLE SERVICE - DON"T GO THERE WORST SERVICE. I took my car in for some issues with rust spots on my Forester that is only 2 1/2 years old so it was under warranty. They said it wou WORST SERVICE. Not once did they call me during the delays. I had to call them for updates. I left 2 messages and never got a call back. They said they were waiting for a part but I said I couldn't wait any longer so I would pick up me car and they could call me when the part came in. I asked that they clean the inside of the car since they had it so long and so many people would have been in my car at this point. They said they would wipe it down and wash it, when I picked it up none of that had been done. To top it off the paint repair is awful. I can see the pit marks where the rust was. STAY AWAY! More

Brought in my vehicle for recall service. Very disappointed to see most staff were not wearing masks, from the gentleman that took my information and got into my car to drive it back for service t disappointed to see most staff were not wearing masks, from the gentleman that took my information and got into my car to drive it back for service to the office staff at the cashiers desk. No masks!! I just feel it is irresponsible business practice during this pandemic. I hope your management will reconsider this policy for the health of their employees and your customers. I happen to work in healthcare and have seen much devastation from this virus and feel disheartened when other employers are not doing everything they can to support their community in fighting this virus. In the meantime I will support a business that takes better precautions. Please reach out should things change. More
