While we did purchase our new Forester at Kenosha Subaru, we were very disappointed that they wouldn't consider the Kelly Blue Book value of our Impreza trade-in. They blamed it on the pandemic, even though we were very disappointed that they wouldn't consider the Kelly Blue Book value of our Impreza trade-in. They blamed it on the pandemic, even though the market information was based on CURRENT VALUE. As we didn't want to place ourselves in additional jeopardy by going to other dealerships, we completed the purchase, but they've lost our business. Their loss - all caused by them low-balling us by $1,000 - STUPID!!! More
