They tested my battery and told me it failed, I took my car to the place they put the battery in (Jan.2025) it's fine, but I almost put a $200 battery in that I didn't need. Anthony was very good at communicating what a service tech explained to him about the tires on my husband's Outback. The tires were not rotated due to wear and alignment. I talked to Anthony about new ti tech explained to him about the tires on my husband's Outback. The tires were not rotated due to wear and alignment. I talked to Anthony about new tiress and he showed me they were in stock. He said he would make time to fit us into the schedule if we wished to proceed. I was unable to connect with him that day and Anthony took the initiative to put the tires aside for us to purchase if we were still interested for the next day. I called him in the morning and he told me to have my husband ask for him and he would take care of getting new tires on my husband's vehicle. Anthony provided all-around wonderful customer service. It was our first experience working with him, and he did a great job! More
