My 2016 Outback is just four years old, with only 28,292 miles, & the tires were almost bald! I needed new ones immediately. Devastated, I contacted the Subaru company & received a coupon for half the cos miles, & the tires were almost bald! I needed new ones immediately. Devastated, I contacted the Subaru company & received a coupon for half the cost, if I purchased them from Subaru. That helped, but I was still out HUNDREDS of dollars. Three weeks later, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) WARNING light came on. I brought it in for service and was told this happens when the weather changes. I was also told my 2016 Outback battery was fine. Then two weeks later, I was stranded at night with a dead, CORRODED battery. One month later, the tpms WARNING light came on AGAIN. I brought it in for service today and was again told this happens with the change in weather. This NEVER happened with the previous tires! I noticed on today's multi-point inspection form, the tech marked my battery inspection as good. It was corroded and should have been noted on the inspection form! Fortunately I was aware of the corroded battery and purchased a new one at AutoZone on the way home. The reason I gave two stars is because they did fine with oil & fluid changes. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with my Subaru experience that I'm strongly considering trading in the Outback for a Honda CR-V. More
I was accused of breaking the passenger mirror when I had only had it for one week. I should have brought it back the next day I had it and showed Joe that the front right bumper was bent and the Passenger only had it for one week. I should have brought it back the next day I had it and showed Joe that the front right bumper was bent and the Passenger mirror was scraped up. But when I was told that they didn't believe they didn't see that in the inspection I was told I'd get a deal for the mirror and installation of $356.00. Well I got the mirror and installation done somewhere else for much less than that I will not be coming back to Subaru or recommending this dealership to anyone I know. More

Easy peasy buying experience, friendly people. My complaints are mostly with subaru design of the infotainment system that needs a complete overhaul.
