Everybody at the dealership was great. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from them and the service was just as great as the first. All the employees seem happy to be there and help you out. It happened to be someone’s birthday there and some employees were trying to sneak in cake and balloons. It may seem silly but coming from 20 years in customer service, seeing that made me smile because I know that feeling when co-workers really become like family and it makes me so happy to know that I am helping to support a place that has a work environment like that. I was put in contact with Ryan regarding a Subaru that I was interested in purchasing. Ryan was polite and attentive to my needs and worked very hard to try and come up with a reasonable price on that would be fair to both him and me. They also put me in contact with Omar to talk about warranty/service contract options, who was also very nice and informative. These are good people who work hard for you business. Whether I ultimately purchase the vehicle or not, I felt it was important to praise this dealer for their time, hard work and courtesy to try to earn my business.
