Both Diana’s are great. The service techs are great. If you have to talk to one of the managers they make sure to understand what you are talking about and not just blow you The service techs are great. This dealership embraces what can we do for you or help you with. No matter what you can always leave there with more information than you started with. My wife and I visited your dealership to purchase a Forester, but we were put off by the salesman's behavior. He was audibly discussing "getting the money" with someone else, which made us feel like we Forester, but we were put off by the salesman's behavior. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and go to a different Subaru dealer, where we had a much better experience and felt valued as customers. More
