I walked in and Butch approached me right away. I’m really glad I got the “new kid”. My last experience, about 7 years ago at a Libertyville dealership, not Subaru, was bad. Butch treated me with respect, covered things thoroughly and was very personable. I also dealt with Nia for all the paperwork and enjoyed our interaction. I left feeling like I have two new friends. The service was good, but the online service appointment feature was useless. I ended up having to call them anyway, because nobody confirmed my appointment, even though I had an email telling me my reques feature was useless. Had my car in 3 three times over a few months and they could not find what was wrong with my car finally brought it in for a fourth time they charge me $148 to diagnose it still couldn’t find it.
