Awesome Sales Team, Josue & Scott--Far Exceeded Expectations We had a sudden need for a 7-passenger Subaru because my son's family, with 2 children in car seats, was coming home for my father's funeral and we al We had a sudden need for a 7-passenger Subaru because my son's family, with 2 children in car seats, was coming home for my father's funeral and we all wanted to be able to travel together. I had specified that I wanted a red Ascent with leather seats, and there were 2 available in a 50-mile radius. We called the Kenosha dealership, and they were able to get the car for us. This is the 6th Subaru that we have purchased in just over 38 months, but the first one from Kenosha. We called Sway (salesman) on Friday evening, and he had the car ready for us Saturday afternoon--he's very professional and a really lovely, caring person! Thank you, Sway! The sales manager was also very kind, caring, and professional. They have earned our loyalty. I love the 2019 Ascent! More

ABLE TO HELP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT I WAS DRIVING BY KENOSHA SUBARU AND DECIDED TO STOP IN BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH OUR RADIO.. THE SERVICE TECHS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GOT ME IN AND O I WAS DRIVING BY KENOSHA SUBARU AND DECIDED TO STOP IN BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH OUR RADIO.. THE SERVICE TECHS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND GOT ME IN AND OUT MUCH FASTER THAN EXPECTED. PLUS, I GOT A WASHED AND CLEAN CAR BACK AFTER THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED. Terrible experience getting a backup key. We scheduled an appointment for a backup key fob (I was already frustrated that the car we bought from them only came with one) and I was willing to p We scheduled an appointment for a backup key fob (I was already frustrated that the car we bought from them only came with one) and I was willing to pay what I knew would be a high price just to get it done right instead of going to an outside service. They programmed the new fob for our 2015 forester but when they gave it to us it was missing the physical key that is supposed to be inside the keyless fob as a backup. The outside of this missing part of the key also contains the loop that the keychain goes through. So we paid $300 for a key fob we can’t even put on our keychain. Then we were told we could order the key but it would be an additional charge and that we had not originally ordered this part of the key. The idea that you’d sell a $300 key in 2 parts and that we were supposed to know that before we scheduled our service is ridiculous. The service tech was friendly but the rest of the experience was poor. Even if a mistake was made the least they could have done is ordered us the other part of the key for free. Now I have to search online for a key blank just so I can put the key on my keychain because I don’t want to deal with the dealership anymore. More
