Well, this did come true - Subaru was offering an amazing 0% interest on a completely new 2018 model with the trade-in of my 3 year old model. My sales person, Lori, explained most of the many questions I had; the questions dealing with the finer aspects of the financing were expertly answered by Derek. It is nice to be able to feel that your needs for a vehicle are recognized, as well as your desires. It is also wonderful to not feel railroaded into a decision nor pressured into a vehicle choice which may be extending beyond your financial reach or giving you "bells and whistles" which you don't feel are necessary. Car/package was scarce & we were willing to wait several weeks until what we wanted was available. Lori kept in touch with regular updates on estimated arrival. Took delivery today & saw Lori, Scott & Derek. Derek was pleasant & efficient with financial documents.
