Misrepresentation or Misinformed? Our salesperson was personable and we soon trusted him, in the end, we were surprised that we did not get what we asked for. Our only two non-negotiables were navigation and heated leather seats, during each test drive there was a map on the screen, and we were shown how to enter addresses. Once we got it home we found it wasn't a navigation system at all, it was a program that is accessed through our phone. The only option the dealership gave us to solve the problem was to have a sunroof (which we don't want) and a navigation system installed as a package. In addition, during financing, we were given three options for add-ons and we had to ask if we could customize the add-ons, instead of being told upfront that this was a possibility. More

Concerned The dealership had my car for about a week, then i was told its just bad gas. A simple flush of fuel then adding some gas shouldnt take a week to do. The dealership had my car for about a week, then i was told its just bad gas. A simple flush of fuel then adding some gas shouldnt take a week to do. Makes me very skeptical about the time taken to diagnose my car and what was actually found (and covered up). Then charged me double for gas (work was free due to warranty), had less 1/4 tank....thats not $20 worth of gas. Though its not as bad as when i brought it in, i can still hear the noise but very slightly (mostly just in 4th gear) and i can still feel hesitation when i step on gas peddle. All in all im not dissatisfied with the dealership, but has also not stood out from any other crooked dealership. Its a newish 2017 wrx with 20k miles on it. For a company that prides themselves on quality vehicles, so far im unimpressed. This marked the 5th time this car has been in a shop for repairs. More

Superb Service Service manager was friendly and professional. He let me know what routine maintenance would be done. He offered to have the car washed free of charge. I had a reasonable wait time in a comfortable room with hot coffee. More
