As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and felt welcome. I originally had done some research on the internet site for Gentile Automotive. Once we returned to the dealership, I talked to him about the 2010 Forester and I drove that one too. Loved it! But I was concerned about my promise to myself to stay under $20K. With my trade-in we had it. Ended up with the new car the same day. All the DMV work was done right at the dealership, which was impressive. I have only purchsed one new car before and that was years ago. A lot has changed since then and I was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledge and professionalism shown by Pete and everyone else at the dealship. Our experinece with Gentile Subaru was fantastic! Karen was pleasant to deal with, very patient, and let us find our vehicle and not a vehicle she just wanted to sell us.
