As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and felt welcome. I originally had done some research on the internet site for Gentile Automotive. I had scheduled to test drive a couple of used vehicles which I did. Pete was very informative and helpful during the test drives. Once we returned to the dealership, I talked to him about the 2010 Forester and I drove that one too. Loved it! But I was concerned about my promise to myself to stay under $20K. With my trade-in we had it. Ended up with the new car the same day. All the DMV work was done right at the dealership, which was impressive. I have only purchsed one new car before and that was years ago. A lot has changed since then and I was very pleasantly surprised at the knowledge and professionalism shown by Pete and everyone else at the dealship.
