So far, they have taken the time to reach out to me. My previous comment stated that everything was fine until I noticed some initial issues with the condition of a new vehicle. Now my comment is, that, everything is peachy again. Be aware that if you are super busy, and use multiple emails, depending on the setup, they may or may not receive that specific email. Notes: It appears that I tried sending them emails from an account which I believed has to be registered in their system, so regardless of where you send the email from, I believe they will not receive it unless its from a registered email in their system. We believe that the sale resulted in a fair price for the vehicles; it was an honest deal for sure! Both vehicles matched their respective blue book prices. We were treated with honesty and respect. Derek processed all the paperwork for us and was truly a pleasure to get to know as well. There is no doubt that we would come back to this dealership again! More

Damaged my vehicle I took my 2015 WRX here for an oil change and to fix a recall. When my fiancé picked it up and got it home the next day, I immediately noticed damage I took my 2015 WRX here for an oil change and to fix a recall. When my fiancé picked it up and got it home the next day, I immediately noticed damage to the front bumper. It looked like it was scraped pretty bad. On top of that, the had attempted to paint it WITH THE WRONG PAINT COLOR. We called immediately and brought it back in. They told us they started to repair it because that's what they thought they were fixing. They also coincidentally lost the intake paperwork on my car, stating the condition of the vehicle and the work I asked to be performed. After getting I'm contact with Subaru of America, and them contacting the dealership, the dealership basically admitted it. Stated that they didn't have enough time to fix it and that they would not be handling it anymore. That I really basically a risk you take when you bring your car on for service. That was completely unacceptable, and even though they are 15 minutes from my home I will NEVER step foot in that dealership again. More
