Best test drive and purchase ever. I walked into the dealer just looking to do a test drive of a Crosstrek and left with a new one. Joe explained the in’s and out’s of a Subaru since I had never driven one before. Hands down the test drive was the most fun I have ever in any of the automobile’s I have ever owned. I was really amazed that I was able to put the Crosstrek to the test. From the time I came in to when I left was about 2 1/2 hrs and the entire time I was there Joe was explaining all the details about my purchase and the different features of the Crosstrek. He made sure that I was comfortable with the features and if I had any questions about the Crosstrek. Financing was a breeze and Aaron explained everything to the last detail. I am so happy that I made the decision to go in for a test drive that day. More

Blah., No one said a word to me when i walked into the service department. They all saw me, I didn’t get a “I’ll be right with you” or a nod or anything. I had an appointment and the people took care of every walk in, even people who arrived after I did. No one asked me anything. People just drove their cars up and someone took care of them. Since I don’t work there, and there are no signs telling me what to do I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes. When the guy finally got to me there was no “sorry to make you wait” or anything. When I bought my car everyone was so nice and accommodating, but I guess Subaru has my money now so customer service is out the window. I guess I expected better after spending $46k on a car. I have no idea of anyone’s name who “helped” me, i was too annoyed to look. More

Excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and und I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was towed there late in the day and they squeezed me in to check for any damage. They ended up waiving the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the labor to check for damage. They were fantastic! From beginning to end, All the Subaru employees (Roadside Assistance and Dealership) helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will forever be a Subaru customer! More
