Got my '22 Outback Onyx last week and being someone who has been researching and getting multiple quotes from all the dealerships , I got the best quote from Kenosha Subaru. When you get a good quote, you might be expecting some kind of last-minute selling or hidden charges, under-valuing trade-in, etc. But to my surprise, this was the best car buying experience of my life. From the Internet Sales Associate Tyka, Sales department Stephanie and Derek everyone was helpful. everything was transparent and didn't have any bad experience except for the emotional buying and limited supply of available cars in this tight market. even though Kenosha Subaru is 45miles from home, I might consider them for my future services because of the vibe I felt over there. honestly, having read all the online reviews/experiences on different Stealerships, I was skeptical when I walked into the dealership and was defensive to sit across the table with a salesperson. but to my surprise, everything was up to the numbers that were mentioned in the quote or less. since I had my limitations, I loved the fast and seamless closing which took less than 75mins. I did not appreciate the fact that the dealership change their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about their credit card acceptance policy charging each customer 3% service fee for using the credit card as a form of payment and I was not informed about it until I saw the cashier for making the payment. Also the record for the maintenance plan that I had one oil change and tire rotation on wasn't accurate and I was made feel like the dealership was doing me a favor by accepting the last free service from that plan.
