Very pleasant experience. Really glad I stopped in as I was on my way to another dealer to "order" a hybrid. Went in for service April 27 2026 and was told a part was needed to be ordered and should arrive in 2-3 business days. I called twice over the next two weeks for a follow up and was told the service departme needed to be ordered and should arrive in 2-3 business days. I stopped in with no appointment and they took it right away. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way before I knew It was ready!
