We ultimately bought a Forester from another dealer because they could get it more quickly, but that had nothing to do with Chase. We had an issue that was not resolved during the warranty period. We had service for this issue twice and it fixed the problem for awhile but the problem reoccurred after the car was out of warranty. After v period. We had service for this issue twice and it fixed the problem for awhile but the problem reoccurred after the car was out of warranty. After verifying that they never corrected the problem under warranty the replaced the entire window operation system at no cost to us. It worked flawlessly for the remainder of the time we owned the car. More
