Customer service was sub par, and when the oil pan bolt was stripped I was made to feel like it was everyone’s fault except the tech. I can elaborate if you need to contact me 2624123203. My wife and I visited your dealership to purchase a Forester, but we were put off by the salesman's behavior. He was audibly discussing "getting the money" with someone else, which made us feel like we Forester, but we were put off by the salesman's behavior.
